The room and building was clean and fresh

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

The entire property smelled heavily of stale cigarette smoke and marijuana. The photos online do not accurately represent the current condition of either the hotel or the rooms. The property appears extremely run-down and gave the impression that it may be frequented for prostitution or drug-related activity. The exterior was littered with cigarette butts, and the interior was old, dingy, and in desperate need of repairs and updates. Although the room included a kitchenette, it came with no silverware, cooking utensils, pots, pans, or even plates. Guests are expected to either purchase a new kitchen kit or pay to rent a "clean" used one. Perhaps the most surprising policy was the linen option. If you're concerned that your children or pets might stain the sheets and cause you to lose your $100 security deposit, the hotel offers to exchange your clean, unstained sheets for a set of "clean stained" sheets. While I understand the reasoning behind the policy, it's unsettling to say the least. I would give this place zero stars if it would allow me.

Room was clean. Kitchen and bathroom a little dated but clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

It was a short stay for me and the staff was great. The room was decent. The appliances definitely need to be updated, but overall I’d stay again if I had to.

We cancelled the prepaid 2 nite stay after looking at the room, the access areas , the staff and the folks loitering around the so called office area. Filth and broken worn out facilities made this an unsafe place for me and my family!.. No person would choose to stay in this dilapidated facility with inept staff. Please return my monies immediately.

The ability for late check in The room was disgusting. It smelled. They charged a $100 dep and only returned $35 saying the bathroom mat and blanket was stained. No one was available to check out until after 10am. Had to leave key ontop of hand sanitizer dispenser. Anyone could have gone into the room after I left.

How they have the stove and oven Because they nasty already and try to blame on others

STAY AWAY. I booked our reservation almost three months in advance. When I showed up, I was told that they did not have any open rooms. They said they tried to call me in the morning but that was not true. All the hotels in Greensboro were booked so we ended up having to stay in High Point. I think that may be a blessing because the venue was dirty and not well maintained. A guy in the parking lot even tried to start a fight. Not worth your time or money.

It was a motel full of travelers and homeless people Unsafe not for families

Not a lot of anything. Where should I start… Well I’m not sure what was more concerning the drug dealer in the parking lot or the lot lizard. So when I stripped my car because I was skeptical of if it would be there in the AM. I made way into the office and was assigned a room. Upon making my way to my room the public areas of the facility was NASTY… Then I entered my room and it reeked of the smell of Fried Fish and gym socks. The room was actually very clean but the fixtures were pretty dated. The bed was adequate and there were no stains on the linens. I used an entire can of Lysol Air Sanitizer. Stay over night was rather unpleasant . Noise from the people above me was pretty loud until around 0145. Then I got up and took a shower and departed the room. I walked up to the office to find it closed with a metal roll down door over the desk. I slid the keys under the door . Away I went. Then I realized that I had forgot to get my pillow so I contacted the facility and advised the staff I had forgot my pillow. I went back to the hotel to retrieve my pillow and upon arrival I made contact with a pleasant young man. Told him I was in 217 and had left my pillow I wanted to pick it up. I was informed at this time that I had to pay $5.00 for a wash cloth that was missing. I asked him what he said again as I was informed Utter disbelief that he has said that. I asked him what he was talking about he said that The manager has inspected my Room and there was a washcloth missing and I had to pay for it. I told the young man that I had not stolen any wash cloth that I used 1 and left it over the bar in the Shower and the other was still clean on the sink when I departed. After some back and forth between him and the manager that never showed her face that it was ok and handed me my pillow. I got back into my car and departed this experience. The moral of the story is…. I’m not a thief and don’t appreciate being accused of it..

FOR THE PRICE, THIS IS AN EXCELLENT OPTION. I FOUND IT WAS A LOT CHEAPER TO BOOK ON EXPEDIA RATHER THE HOTEL ITSELF. IT IS LOCATED IN AREA ACCESSIBLE TO EVERYTHING AND SOME THINGS ARE WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. I'M ISED TO STAYING IN MUCH FANCIER PLACES BUT NEEDED SOMETHING QUICK, AFFORDABLE, AND LAST MINUTE AND THIS WAS IT. THE ROOM ITSELF IS DECENT HOWEVER I DIDN'T CARE TOO MUCH FOR THE OLD BATHTUB. ALSO, ALTHOUGH EVERY UNIT HAS A FULL KITCHEN, BE PREPARED TO BRING YOUR OWN COOKING ESSENTIALS FROM EVERYTHING TO POTS N PANS AND UTENSILS BECAUSE THAT IS NOT PROVIDED. OVERALL, I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND I WOULD RETURN IN THE FUTRE. THIS PLACE IS SURPRISINGLY VERY QUIET.

    Clean Too much noises

The only positive aspect was the convenient location. Otherwise, the room did not meet basic cleanliness expectations. Upon arrival, we found leftover food in both the oven and refrigerator, along with what appeared to be old blood stains on the sheets and pillowcase. Because we arrived exhausted, I covered the stained areas with a towel and addressed the issue the next morning. We requested fresh bedding and wanted documentation since the motel’s policy states guests may lose their $100 deposit for soiled bedding. We were told fresh sheets would be brought, but after following up ourselves, we were informed housekeeping found nothing wrong and our request was denied. Later, the front desk employee quietly helped us receive fresh towels despite saying he was not supposed to. The issues continued after checkout. We were told the $100 security deposit would be refunded within approximately two hours, but only $35 was returned and the remaining balance had still not been received days later. My boyfriend and I always make an effort to leave rooms in better condition than we find them, which made this experience even more frustrating. Overall, the cleanliness, communication, and deposit handling were disappointing. We will not be returning.

The staff was very friendly The room was not swept or mopped... sticky floor and stains everywhere. The bed was also comically tall so it was very difficult for me to get into to sleep. I'm under 5ft tall so I really struggled i ended up using a chair to boost myself up.

The front desk staff was always so friendly and helpful. We got one of the suites and it was very roomy. The location is great. Close to everything. The kitchen is bare meaning you have to bring everything yourself. I believe you can buy your own pots, pans and utensils for $40 there. The beds were not that comfortable. The pullout couch mattress was literally springs over some cover.
