Cleanliness!

We were staying for our daughter’s volleyball game. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had a very late check-in due to travel. The room was clean and had a nice, modern design. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and I liked the bathroom toiletries; shampoo, body wash, and lotion smelled very nice. I liked that it was a large, stand up shower with no bathtub. The breakfast offered had a nice variety. I like that it was available up until 10 a.m. No having to wake up at the crack of dawn.

I liked the proximity to where l had to travel back n forth too. There were good food choices close by. The breakfast choices should be much better.

There was a fee for the pet. It did not say anything about the price on booking.com. And I didn't see it on the website, and it ended up being $75. and I could not cancel because of the rate was non-refundable.

Clean

Very friendly staff and clean property It wasn’t in an ideal area with hookers being at the side property. If I wasn’t in a parking lot of a store I’m not sure I’d feel comfortable. Only because it was a well lit area.

The lady who checked us in was very friendly and professional. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice big clean room and modern bathroom. Breakfast selections were good. I liked the daily room cleaning too.

Room was great as was breakfast. We made the reservation a few hours before arrival and got in around 10 pm. Smooth check in and breakfast was grateful in the morning.

The hotel was so clean and comfortable

Superb

Great location right off the interstate. Surrounded by many eateries. The hotel entrance is colorful and inviting. We felt welcomed upon entering. I love the smell of the hotel (fresh and clean). The beds are comfortable and helped us to rest well. We enjoyed the nice selection of breakfast items with delicious hot coffee. What I'm really impressed by is the shower pressure. AMAZING!!! This hotel gets the award for BEST SHOWER PRESSURE AT A HOTEL. This has become our go to hotel for lodging when in Greensboro. Though we liked the breakfast offerings, it would be nice to have NO CHEESE offerings for the egg bites. The walls/ceiling should be soundproof. We could hear every step of the family above us. It sounded as if they were going to fall through the ceiling.

Super friendly staff, clean room & location.

Thank you for a pleasurable experience,

Exceptional

Everything for the most part was very well. Don't have too many complaints other than when my wife and I bed was changed, we had some black stuff on it. Not sure how it got there. We had to change our covers to opposite where we were laying. I didn't want that near me when I was laying down or sleeping not knowing what it was. The manager however was very detailed on service and making sure our needs were met. Loved the experience with that.
