Our fridge didn’t seem to work

The staff was wonderful and helpful but the pool was closed one day, tv malfunctioned, AC unit acted weird, breakfast was not good, the elevator was very small and the fire alarm went off both mornings of our stay.

Upon arrival, my companion and I were assigned our first room. As soon as we entered, it was immediately apparent that the room was not fit for occupancy. It appeared to be under active renovation, with paint buckets and protective floor coverings still in place. It was difficult to understand how a room in that condition could have been released to paying guests. This suggested a significant breakdown in the hotel’s room inspection and quality control procedures. We returned to the front desk to report the issue, and the front desk associate, Fernando, promptly assigned us another room. While I appreciate his professionalism and courtesy throughout the interaction, the second room presented an even more serious problem. Shortly after entering the replacement room, we discovered what appeared to be a large cockroach. I immediately photographed the insect because I wanted to document what we found. At that moment, any confidence I had in the cleanliness and sanitation standards of the property was completely lost. Very courteous staff and good room. Breakfast could be better. Please have plain eggs and give guest choice whether to add cheese on them. Cheese omelets were not good. Otherwise, nice hotel and good stay.

The hotel was under construction so a bit noisy.

and they saw our reservation was with a double sofa sleeper. We had to split our family in two rooms on two different floors. Too much to go through after a long drive,tired with a family of 5. Wouldn't stay there again.

Stay was good. Renovations are being done so air circulation in hallway areas was poor. Rooms was nice. Breakfast could have had better selection. But overall great stay.
