No pude realizar la reservacion por que no tenían las abitación qué yo había elegido ellos cancelaron la reservacion y tuve que reservar en otro hotel muy mal hotel

My Statement: Hey, I didn't like Motel 6 Greensboro NC I 40 because of their digusted backgrounds. I were able to record three videos from August 7, 2026. Being Unsatisfied: On from August 7, 2026 I wasn't satisfied at Motel 6 Greensboro NC I 40 at all, because of their unaesthetic design of business.. Despised Things: (1) My motel door wouldn't open normally, but manager was able to open the door for me. (2) the floor was filthy to see. (3) laundry room was extraneous to be in lobby. (4) The cracked floors was not acceptable. (5) The thermostat wasn't fittable for my stay because it wasn't aesthetic. (6) bathroom sink pipe was extraneous to be shown and (7) lastly, cracked walls.

Do not go here.

I originally had a reservation for Thursday Aug. 6 at this hotel. Car trouble in Louisiana and several accidents on I-85 before and in downtown Atlanta resulted in us having to modify our reservation for check-in Friday Aug. 7. We were told by the female receptionist (no name) on duty that Wednesday night that she would modify our reservation accordingly. Once we arrived at your hotel we told that our reservation had been canceled and there were no vacant rooms available. This caused a huge inconvenience for us. I want a FULL REFUND as the receptionist did not do what she told us she would.

It smelled like drugs, there were cockroaches, and it was dirty. I didn't feel comfortable; I left early.

I did not get the room I reserved, I had to settle for what was available, floors were dirty, lights barely worked. Couldn't get TV to work most the time. Curtains falling off the windows. I was disappointed & had no time to find another place. Note: Short Staffed in Help

My room did not have a refrigerator or microwave or working tv. She said that just because it says it on the site doesn't mean the room has it. I didn't have anymore money to stay anywhere eles. Then I got locked out of my room after 11pm. And was forced to sleep in my car until they opened the office the next day. Because they would not answer the phone.

Nothing Bed bugs fighting and gunfire in parking lot. Staff Walking in the room as they please for no good reason

The staff was pleasant. The location was in a safe area, However , the rooms were horrible. The room had a scent that got into everything . I deep cleaned, sanitized and sprayed. The scent still lingered , The curtains were torn and ragged. The bed made me itch.
