InTown Suites Extended Stay Greensboro NC - Lanada Rd

I stayed at this hotel and I didn’t do proper research. It’s not the usual and they are an extended stay entity. The normal amenities aren’t given like change of towels, hair dryer, iron or iron board. Outside all that, when I went on the location the entire place smelt of smoke and marijuana. I had to clean the entire room, AC filters, carpet and air in the room. The smell is potent. The bed was comfortable and the kitchenette was a great fit to my stay. If you keep in mind this isn’t the normal hotel stay and can look pass the smell then you can stay there.

Modern furniture, full kitchen, comfortable beds, good location near restaurants. A lot of people smoke outside. It was coming through the vents however was taken care of immediately when I brought it up. Still smells like smoke at times. And walls are thin. They don’t replace your towels for long term stay.

The staff is super helpful and very professional! The rooms are very nice, clean, and bug free!! There's also lots of restaurants and shops close by. I would highly recommend this place to anyone interested in an extended stay Hotel!!

I have never received a booking confirmation, reminder, notice, or receipt, from the hotel or booking.com, but I received this survey, and leant that Booking.com charged my credit card for no show fee a month ago, which just has showed up on my bill.

Room was nice

Our room was super clean and the property is well maintained. Their staff is phenomenal, especially Darren at the front desk!! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a home away from home!! Their weekly prices are also very competitive!!

Property was not clean

Staff was helpful and frienddly enough. Darin at front desk was great! The neighbor and her kids were up late making noise. Some people at night were noisy with their cars or talking.

Affordable rates. The fire alarm alerting us of danger during the night. It needs a little bit of an upgrade, due to wear and tear of use over time from occupancy.

Was spotless felt like a mini apartment my kids didn’t even know we were in hotel for 7 days

My room smelled like old cigarette smoke and I found roaches in my bathroom. It’s all good tho.

Lock on door was broken safety issue awaiting refund from company Horrible manager was nasty
