Spark by Hilton Greensboro

Very good

Breakfast was pretty decent. The bagel was fresh and very delicious, although I was not a fan of the orange juice at all. My biggest concern was housekeeping. I am disabled and was staying alone, so I specifically asked for my room to be cleaned and the trash removed because I needed that assistance. Unfortunately, my room was never serviced. If rooms are only cleaned every other day, then a guest staying for a short visit should still have their room cleaned at least once. And if a guest requests daily cleaning, especially because of disability-related needs, I feel that request should be honored. With the prices guests are paying, a clean room and reasonable housekeeping assistance should be part of the stay.

The hotel was really nice and clean. The beds were soft and comfortable, unlike most hotel beds. For the price it was the best hotel I've stayed in.

The bed was too soft, could not sleep well.

Exceptional

The gate to the pool was broken so we could get in but I kept having to let another guest family in. The breakfast was terrible and because of a limited diet, I had nothing I could eat.

Good location

Very convenient. Enjoyed our stay

We picked this place as we needed a dog friendly hotel on our road trip. It was an excellent stay. Staff was great, very clean room and great shower. Breakfast is fine, won't blow you away but it's free. Especially in this economy.

The cleanliness and very quite. The water were good and hot. The furniture were up to date. Rooms come with a microwave and refrigerator. Have a continental breakfast. The cost was very reasonable. Will stay again. No complaints

No complaints

When I left at 930am I walked by the front desk and a manager who said nothing as I departed. I purposely wanted to see if they would say “sorry for the problems last night”. Zippo. They both were buried in computers. It was impossible to miss me walking by with my rolling luggage on tile floor. It was an expensive bowl of oatmeal because that’s pretty much what I paid for since sleep really didn’t happen. Stuff happens, I get it. It is how you handle it is what matters. You get a zero Hilton/Spark on that one.

Very clean and comfortable and close to lots of places to eat.

Parking was easy. Rooms were clean. Staff friendly. Beds were comfortable. Very easy location. Breakfast was just ok, nothing fancy. But otherwise it was great.

The stay at this location was wonderful. We came for a funeral and the staff was professional and very kind d. We will return to this bra d.

Overall hotel was decant I’ll give it a 3 out of 5 because the staff was excellent .

Clean and comfortable room.

Sparks is located in a great area if you are moving in a student. A variety of stores and restaurants to choose from. This is our second time staying and will be staying again in May during graduation season.

Breakfast was ok could use more fruit and maybe toast? It’s just a bit sparse . Parking was good .

Friendly staff, clean, comfortable bed. Ample parking. Would stay again.
