Great location just off exit. Kitchen staff was wonderful! She was so pleasant! Some plug in areas were broken in the room. AC was not controllable!

Place was clean and the staff was very friendly. The only thing i did not like was the way the hotel was decorated. I almost did not book there due to the pictures of it on the website. But the location was good for what we were in town for. But the hotel was so nice I would stay there again due to the staff and clean way they maintain the hotel.

The absolute best stay and hotel experience I’ve had in a long time and yes, I will stay again. Housekeeping staff (Regina) was amazing, thank you!

Clean rooms and good breakfast

My family and I loved and enjoyed our stay at LaQuinta. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable about the surroundings area of their Hotel. Their hospitality was excellent. I would definitely recommend staying there and will definitely utilize their facilities again. Parking was easily accessible.

My family and I got in late and the receptionist was great. We had a smooth check in a nice stay.

Not awful. Must have been a new girl at the front desk who tried to tell us our booking was not found and they were out of rooms. I’ve never had this issue in the past when checking into any Hotel. She said they MAY have a room in an hour and if we wanted we could check back then. After unhelpful back and forth someone that knew what they were doing came to help and was smooth after that. Other than that place was decent. Will likely not return.

Some of the staff were friendly and helpful. Others were not the best to have at check in/out. Ask for my card but didn’t explain what it was for until asked why she needed my card. Then had an attitude after asked. The first room I received the air conditioning and lights did not work. But the next room was great no issues.

Nice,clean and comfortable

We stayed here for a night on our way to Maryland. The location was very convenient. Close to many shops and restaurants. We overslept, so can’t say anything about the breakfast. The staff were friendly but not necessarily on top of everything. The hotel overall was clean but it needs more work. I knocked off a star because the bathroom didn’t seem to have fully been cleaned. The shower gel bottle was empty and there were a few hair strands stuck to the shampoo bottle. So, it makes me question how well other parts of the room were cleaned. The room had a mini fridge and coffee maker. And parking was free. While we felt safe, I wouldn’t go on a walk around the streets, as we saw multiple people who seemed to be on drugs.

Great choice very clean and nice

Breakfast was very good. We were quite disappointed that we had no housekeeping service (trash pickup, clean towels, etc) during our 3 night stay. Nor were we informed of this policy before or at check-in. It does make a difference to us and we will not return.

It was basically a decent hotel. The staff could have been more helpful and accommodating

I was disappointed with the staff who upon my arrival seemed bothered by my presence. It appeared that the associate helping me was in a hurry due to a apparent shift change and distracted by a dispute being made by another customer. I was not given any instructions about the amenities or directions on where to find the elevator. This being my first time at this site, this interaction was poor. Additionally the noise in the 1-3am time frame was so loud. I was awaken several times by loud shouts and thunderous laughter. I didn't feel safe at times, also the hallway smelled and was extremely warm at least 80 degrees. The only benefit for the stay is the access to all the local restaurants and shopping and the price for the length of my stay.

Hotel bathroom was not clean, there were used towels in the shower. The bed sheets were stained and the floor had crumbs. A clear sign the rooms had not been cleaned. We reserved 3 rooms for a family trip and all 3 rooms were dirty. I requested clean towels from the front desk and the towels had dirt crusted in the towel. I drove to the Walmart on Wendover and bought towels for our stay. I do not recommend!

The room was very clean, everything worked, we were even able to park where we could see our vehicle from our room.

Building was good, rooms were great with all updated settings. Bathrooms were clean and everything was new. Parking in the front was limited and generally side and back parking lot were available. Breakfast was not good, hot plates were cold, space for breakfast was limited (food pick up area). Breakfast options were also limited. Except breakfast everything was good.
