The property was very clean and maintained. There were a few cosmetic things in the room, like a knob missing and a makeup stain on the pull out mattress. Overall, it was a large room and very clean. We were unable to use the pool due to it being outside and we got there too late to check it out. The breakfast was AMAZING! They had so many cold and hot options to choose from, and everything stayed stocked. This was a great place and would recommend.

Checking in was not too good. The young man was in sedative to my concern when I had a group of Gurl Scouts that I needed to possibly have rooms together on the same floor when I had made reservation weeks in advance.

My husband is a disabled veteran, he can’t get in a bathtub, I booked a disability room with walk in shower, and king bed, we got just the opposite, he couldn’t wash his body, and we came for check in at 3:30, didn’t get a room until 6:15. We are not good with this!

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Hotel is in a good location easily accessible from the highway and close to stores and eateries

The entire property was very clean. The staff at the front desk was friendly, however the staff in the kitchen was rude. One elevator was not operating so that made check out a little lengthy, but overall a good experience

I love the hot breakfast was delicious. Just weakup early.

Close to a lot of restraunt and retails stores and not to far from North Carolina A&AT and airport. Small outdoor pool.

Despite the hotel being full with a large group of sports teams, the attendant on duty handled everything with patience, kindness and professionalism.

I checked in there were many children running around the lobby seemingly unsupervised not the stress fall. The Internet service was spotty. I heard a lot of door banging all night. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast is good except for the coffee, which was horrible.
