The Staff was so warm and welcoming. I was comfortable and felt safe. I got much needed rest. The bed felt amazing.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was amazing. The bathroom had mold on it that had rotted the bottom of the door. I did not notice until the last night we were there.

Noisy location with sounds coming from within the hotel. So far could’ve been more comfortable. Refrigerator never quite felt cold enough. TV was difficult to comprehend where the channels were.

Really nothing special about this Hyatt. It could use some TLC for sure. My main complaint is our room was nex to the elevator shaft. They should NOT sell these rooms at full price. There is no sleeping in once it's breakfast time. They will also wake you up during the night.

Breakfast was good. Not enough seating. We sat at one of the sofas wit a little table and there was 7 of us. More seating at breakfast.

Didn't get room i had booked in advance. Had to settle for 1 bed & pull out couch with 5 people. Tv didn't work properly.
