We were disappointed that the pool was closed since it’s summer but the rest od the hotel was great.

The pool was closed arbitrarily. There was also no service in the morning at the in-house coffee shop. Be careful if you are traveling with a pet. The pet fee is only $16 but the don’t disclose to you a $100 “pet cleaning fee” It is in the paperwork that you sign at check in so read carefully.

The tv wasn’t working and the heating could not be adjusted higher than 70 degrees. When this was reported the staff could not do anything. I was still charged for everything, even parking.shower water pressure was minimal. Breakfast is not complimentary as in many other hotels. Will never stay in this place again.

OK Room. Convenient to High Point University. Beds and A/C good. Worst shower water pressure I’ve ever experienced while traveling!!

Rooms were clean and cozy. Staff was amazing! We got snowed-in during a big storm and the staff went above and beyond!!! Cudos!
