Everything was good, no complaints

Beds are super comfy, room is very clean. But it’s such a no-frills hotel that they don’t even provide you a box of tissues or an extra roll of toilet paper in the room. You have to ask for anything that you need and they only clean the rooms once every seven days. It’s reasonable given the lower price, but they shouldn’t skimp on things like tissues and toilet paper.

I had a great stay at StudioRes in Greensboro. The hotel was nice modern and clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The hotel is in a convenient location close to shopping and food. I would definitely stay here again.

The manager was rude and so was the evening staff…. Ruined my trip to see my new grand baby driving from Florida totally exhausted… just to be harassed….. will not ever stay again and I will make sure I share it on facebook

Great hotel. Very clean and great amenities like the coffee/water/ice station in the lobby and the snack center with a nice variety of treats for late night munchies 😃

Brand New Property!

Squeaky bed and hard as a rock. Check in was nice. It was kinda loud.

This is a new building. The rooms were very clean. The laundry area was nice. The kitchen area had a larger refrigerator, a microwave in an induction stove. All the staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

So far, our best stay of the trip. The room was spotless. The full kitchen was great. My only suggestion would be for light-blocking curtains or shades, as the brightly-lit parking lot kept our room lighted all night long.

The property was right off the highway, which was very convenient. The room came with a kitchen (sink, stove top, and full fridge). Most importantly the room was clean, looked new.

From the moment of the Checkin to the moment to the checkout was absolutely terrible. The office staff there were the rudest people I have ever met in my life when I tried to get Help through Expedia. They were unable to help therefore I am completely dissatisfied with my trip and I will never be using Expedia again.

We would absolutely stay here again. Property was very clean, staff was extremely friendly and you can't beat the location. The room was very spacious. The kitchen and storage rack were exactly what we needed. You don't even have to leave the property to have a great weekend as it shares the property with Top Golf and Main Event. Both were great.

Great stay for a great price. Convenient location.

Nice and new place. Cleaning could have been better. Wifi was pretty fast and I like the complimentary coffee machine.
