Front desk staff was “bad”!

Room was clean Breakfast was good

Clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend.

Poor communication and everywhere breakfast is at 6 AM, and I got out before continuing to drive and they told me no, breakfast was at 7 AM, so I didn't have breakfast because of the time

The breakfast was just ok. No bacon and not a ton of options but nice that it was included in the price.

We knew our room would not be cleaned during a 2 night stay but we only had 2 towels. When I called the front desk to get fresh towels, the employee made so many excuses as to why we couldn't have fresh towels. "Housekeeping isn't in until noon." (Even though we left around 10am one day and housekeeping was cleaning a room across the hall from ours.) "There are no clean towels in the hotel." (That clearly cannot be true.) We just wanted 2 clean towels. The front desk then said there were none on property which I instantly questioned. Then they said they'd call us back. An hour later, we still hadn't heard from the front desk. I called again and they said we had to come get them if we "really" wanted them.

The pictures on the website highlight the renovated parts of the hotel. The room was renovated but had mildew stains on the ceiling in the bathroom and the drapes were starting to crack. However, the price was right for one night.

Here’s the positive. A great staff. Very kind. Here’s the negative. It is an old property that is very beat up. Doors stick and locks don’t work. Cracks in the floor and cockroaches are active. It needs a lot of work. Water pressure was great.

The property is large and has a bar and grill attached. The hvac in my room was malfunctioning and making very loud noise, and paint was peeling off of the ceiling.

The room was old and the bathroom was very old and icky. I saw a roach in the bathroom in the middle of the night. The rooms definitely need a complete remodel and deep cleaning. I would not return to this hotel under any circumstances!

The was alot of mildew on the grout in the tube, which is gross.I found the used shampoo bottom previous guest. The did not seem to be fully clean it course a rinse & vac

Room was great and parking was easy!

Staff were not very happy to be there. My bathroom did not have a towel rack, the bathroom outlet was not caulked in , had holes in the drywall. Side note- Coopers Ale Pub had amazing food!

Breakfast was good comparable to others that we have experienced the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was full but there was no problem parking. There was a good restaurant connected to the hotel that made it very easy to have dinner
