Clean Our tv didn't work

This place is horrible for service. No contact from anyone. Booked a room and when I got there, no one was there for me to check in. Still waiting for a response from them. Everything. Bad service. Does not answer emails or messages or the phone. Couldn't stay after booked a room. No one was there for me to check in.

It was a nice stay. not all of the property was up to par but it was a nice stay. breakfast was nice. In a separate area.

Sheets, bathroom and floor were mostly clean. Drawers and closet were dirty. Night table drawer didn't stay closed and top had soda stains. All furniture looked like it had been used as a cat scratching pad. Gym equipment was mostly broken and unusable. Breakfast although reasonably tasty was limited. A/C didn't work in room. They offered to change rooms but I declined as it wasn't hot out. Surprised that Wyndham would allow their name to be used on the property.

Very noisy hotel. Kids screaming at 4 a.m. and running hallways. Reported noise issue to front desk and they just said they would document it. Did not seem to care at all really. A lot of people hanging out in the parking lot after dark. Would not stay there again,

The room had stains on the mirror, paint peeling from the ceiling in the bathroom, PHONE LINE WAS CUT AND NOT FIXED. The tv remote did not work. If you need a place to lay your head this would be my LAST resort

Superb

We checked in on a Friday afternoon and didn't speak to any staff until we checked out. No one who worked there spoke to us the entire time we were there. Housekeeping is on-demand, so if you don't request it you don't get it. The hotel itself is a little worn and dated, but serves it purpose - only short term. Stays longer than 2-3 days I wouldn't recommend.

Our experience began with Randa checking us in. She was very delightful and pleasant to deal with. She quickly got us checked in. Once in room's, we found them to be clean and odor free. There were a few parties happening while we checked in but noise quieted down by 1030-11. Was a good stay and I would definitely seek out this property if traveling in the area.

The room was quiet, we felt safe, and it met our needs. The room could use some work. The bathroom door did not latch, the clock did not work properly, and the room seemed generally run down.
