You could walk right next door to an ale house.

Facility Is Poorly Maintained. My Toilet Wasn't Working Properly. Had To Keep Reaching In The Toilet Boil To Flush It. Roaches In The Hallway, Dirt Between Top Of Tub & Tile. Torn Curtians In Room, One Side Of Dressor Handle Hanging Off, Shower Pipe Expose From The Wall, Need Better Shower Curtain Because Water Was Getting On The Floor. Toilet Had A Crack In It. I Do Have Pictures Of All This. I Wouldn't Recommend This Hotel To No One.

I already wrote a review but again the hotel was filthy, rundown, smelled bad, rugs disgusting, dirty old bathrooms with mold, in desperate need of a renovation or better yet just torn down. I can’t believe that Wyndham allows their name to be associated with this independently owned hotel that I guess is using the Wyndham name for a fee or maybe it’s a franchise. I’m not sure but it needs to be shut down immediately.

The Property was under construction. Everything about it was bad. We checked out in 30 mins and booked somewhere else. I still have not received my $100 deposit back.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. My family and I had a terrible experience. We had to switch rooms four different times because of roaches and bed bugs. To make matters worse, the front desk clerk was unprofessional, argued with me instead of resolving the issue, and even spoke disrespectfully to my teenage daughter. Having to deal with all of this while caring for my children, including my 2-week-old baby, made the situation even more stressful. After being moved from room to room all night, we didn’t get settled into our final room until 5:00 a.m. No guest should have to experience that. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I hope management addresses these issues so no other family has to go through what we did.

BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING! STAFF WAS FRIENDLY & POOL AREA WAS VERY CLEAN! NO COMPLAINTS! ONLY NON ISSUE WAS A CAP FOUND IN BATHROOM SINK; HOWEVER, IT DID NOT AFFECT THE WATER FLOW OR STOP UP THE SINK! OVERALL, I WILL DEFINITELY STAY THERE WHEN I COME BACK TO GREENSBORO!

As soon as we got there, we had a bad experience. The girl at the lobby did not even greet us and looked like she was upset that we were there. She asked me for my ID,, when I handled it to her, she didn't say thank you or anything snd started looking for my reservation. She said she found it but made us wait like five minutes while she kept looking and then put my ID on the counter. Did not even hand it in my hand. My family and I did not feel welcome. When we were walking towards our room, we started noticing that the property was a little outdated. And once in our room, we noticed the curtain was ripped, the room did not feel clean, and the toilet paper was half way used. The property needs an update. In the morning, there was so much noise that it made it impossible for us to sleep. It sounded like a construction was going on. We were only there for like 5 hours, and we're able to sleep like 2 and half. When leaving in the morning, the lady who was there was nicer. We will not be coning back to this hotel.

When you first walk into the hotel, it is very clean and nice. The lady at the front was very rude to me and was not helpful at all. The room I had was dirty. It was cleaned, but had multiple stains on the carpet, stains in the sink and bathtub, the toilet paper fixture was hanging off the wall, and the bathtub had a lot of black mold around it. Very disappointed with the overall look of this property and would not recommend it for any type of long-term stay.

The room itself wasn’t terrible, but if you need accessibility, DO NOT STAY HERE! The room had a roll in shower, but the shower head was fixed to the wall about 8 feet in the air and the bathroom was very small. My wheelchair is very small and even I had trouble moving around in the bathroom because it was so small. I don’t use the grab bars, but there weren’t any bars in useful places either. The only one was behind the toilet. Even the room itself was small and hard to move around or turn around in. I highly doubt that anything about this room meets ADA requirements.
