Baymont by Wyndham Greenville Woodruff Rd

Great location, friendly staff, and a good breakfast area!

Pool days before 4th of July was dirty, dead bugs floating around trash at the bottom. Water circulation pump not turned on.

Our room was dirty the sheets were dirty bathroom was dirty. It is not the same as what is pictured online. Looks like an old motel in person. Bed was so old and sunken in I couldn’t sleep.

This place was a dump. It smelled had no elevator and was not clean

The room was filthy. The bathroom walls were nasty. It just wasn’t clean.

Staff was amazing. It was very clean and the bed was super comfy! The AC excellent and in the heat it was very much needed. The option to use the room darkening shades or the sheer curtain was also helpful after a late night concert! The tub drained a little slow but it wasn't a major issue for us.

We enjoyed breakfast. Unfortunately pool did not seem the cleanest/well maintained and there was trash in parking lots and sidewalks. Many people smoking cigarettes and Marijuana all around the building especially near the back entrance of the lobby.

Nothing Location cleanliness and overall feel of the place was creepy

All in all, it was a good stay at the Baymont. Carpets need to be cleaned other than that. Everything else seem to be pretty clean. The staff was nice and helpful and it was pretty quiet except for the pool on the weekend, but that’s to be expected.

I like that very much but I don't get My deposit back I don't get my money back for deposit

Hotel is in a convenient area for a good price. Room was supposed to be non-smoking but smelled of cigarette smoke our entire stay and made our clothes smell horrible. The bed is rock solid (some people may like a harder bed). Biggest complaint: we had an event 2 hours away and received a phone call that they would be in our room to remove and change furniture. No prior notice to this. When we told them we were checking out the next day and we're not comfortable with people in our room with our stuff since we were not able to supervise we were argued with. We have never had that experience at any other hotel.

Very clean room, very comfortable and quiet! We had a great stay!

The desk clerk, Brittany, was efficient and pleasant. The room was shabby, there were bugs coming out of the drain in the bathroom and the room smelled of cigarette smoke.

First room was not clean- no linen. Second room missing fridge and microwave.

We have stayed here a couple times. It works well for what we need.
