The complete hotel met all standards

The hotel itself was good and our room was comfortable and clean. Located in a safe-feeling area with nice music/energy in the lobby and parking area. The receptionist was not especially welcoming/friendly at check-in, but the main reason I gave it 3 stars is because there was no hot water in our room. A shower is the one of the main amenities of a hotel room that refreshes you and give you a literal clean start to continue your travels the next day. I see other reviewers mentioned it as well, so this is not an isolated incident.

Added a $5 parking fee at check in and required customer to go back to the parking area to install tag. This is not a crowded resort area. The fee was unwarranted. Hvac in room noisy. Also too much freeway noise. Proper soundproofing not used during construction. When next room closed the door, we could feel the wall move behind the bed.

Great That they made us pay for parking after spending all that money to stay there, they just could have given us a parking pass that way you will know if these people are staying at your hotel or just using your parking lot. Just a rip off. Even though the stay was great that would be the only reason I wouldn’t come back or refer anyone to this establishment. So many other hotels GREAT hotels give there paid guest FREE PARKING PASS

Room was really dirty. Stain on carpet bathroom is not cleaned well. Pillows are terrible. We had ants in our room. They were crawling all over the room.

Staff Charging for parking even though I didn’t have a car

The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the amenities were excellent. I also really appreciated the convenient location—it’s close to plenty of restaurants, shopping, and everything you may need during your stay. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. I would absolutely stay here again!

Exceptional

It was clean and convenient to restaurants and retail stores. The comfort of the room

Breakfast Parking fee and dinner was not very good.

Staff were great. Main issues came from a broken bed frame, shower issues, and them not letting us know that they will have a full blown church service under our room at 9am that was so loud it shook the walls. Was possibly one of the worst mornings I have had at a hotel in awhile. You have to pay for parking also which makes 0 sense

This property is dirty and run down . The carpet in the halls and room were full of stains . When we checked into our room the trash from the previous guest was still in the room, used bar of soap was left on the vanity, carpet full of stains

The hotel was fine in the area for convenience not in main stream traffic which we appreciated. Con’s was our room had no hot water, the tv was discolored blue hew on half the screen, breakfast we had to pay for was not ready for buffet self serve for some reason and took forever for them to make it and bring it out.
