Drury Inn & Suites Greenville

Unfortunately construction was in progress, very noisy. I wish I had known I would have chosen another hotel

The hotel was under construction. Loud banging and noises preventing you from sleeping in. Staff was very nice, our rooms were well taken care of. Food was excellent.

We stayed from September 21st till 23rd. We arrived a little early around 2:45PM and they said our room wasnt going to be ready till closer to 3:30pm, which checkin is 3pm. But we just sat and waited for it to be ready. They are doing massive renovations so during the day there is a lot of sounds and the elevators are jam packed as guests are only allowed to use 1 elevator during the day. We actually left on the 22nd as there was way too much noise and elevator was hard to get. I would typically just take the stairs but we were on the 7th floor and my girlfriend has a bum ankle. I always enjoy the breakfast and the cocktail hour and they still had this but it was in a conference center which was totally fine. A lot of space in there. If I was booking this I would call the hotel and see if they are still doing renovations.

Friendly helpful staff. The only downside is the property is going through a total renovation. Some amenities were not available. Breakfast and afternoon meal was great. They used the meeting room for meals.

Best value for the money hands down.

They were in the middle of a renovation, with that said our stay was excellent. The Staff were genuinely going above and beyond my expectations.

I have no complaints and will come back again.

The property is currently undergoing some renovations, but it is very clean and quiet. The staff are all amazing!!! It's convenient to Woodruff Rd. shopping and restaurants, and they have spacious rooms to enjoy in yiur downtime!

Stayed here for a quick weekend getaway. There were during construction that we were not aware of, but the mess was well maintained and was limited to not bother anyone stay. Breakfast and the kickback was a unexpected plus. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

The hotel is under renovation but that was never mentioned when I booked the room…only had one elevator operating during the day so we had to carry all of our bags down the stairs 4 floors or wait an hour for an elevator…don’t have that much time!!! This was by far the worst Drury Inn that we have ever stayed in…it’s not the staff, they were great but the management has made some rather stupid decisions

Staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Room was very nice and spacious.

I've never had a bad experience at a Drury, and this time was no different. Even though they have some upgrades going on right now, it had no effect on my stay. Kiddo forgot his toothbrush at home and they took care of that too. Love the Drury and their employees ♡
