DoubleTree by Hilton Greenville Woodruff Road

Excellent place to stay!!! Suite was fantastic! Drink at the bar and bartender was perfect! Shuttle ride from the airport was exceptional! Breakfast was great! The shuttle even took us to pick up some items from a local store!!! I would DEFINITELY stay here again!!! Staff is amazing!!!

Honestly, I liked how clean and peaceful the property felt. The atmosphere was comfortable without being overly busy, and it gave me that relaxed feeling I’m looking for. I also liked the way everything was laid out it felt like a place where we could actually unwind

Was not able to check in until 1130 pm due to system issues and the staff was no help, they said just wait or call Expedia and the system had been down since 3 pm.

They charge $3 per bottle of water in the room. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was lacking in the staff department. One guy was both serving and cooking.

That the staff for the cocktail bar didn't show up and there wasn't a replacement so that put a damper on the night and I thought breakfast was included but it wasn't I had to purchase it.

Exceptional

I stayed for two nights , as arriving Sharon at the desk greeted me it was immediately a warm welcome with her and her humor. She warned me about the sold out solf ball tournament that was being held in Greenville so she put me on the 4th floor to prevent all the noise from the children there . The hotel is new and clean . My only problem when I enter my room the sink was clogged up with hair but I called the front desk and they had it fixed . The next day I asked for housekeeping but never got it . I’m not sure why but I was bothered about it , it was late when I got back to the room so housekeeping was gone. The warm cookies was to die for !! I love cookies !! I will be back. Please work on housekeeping I noticed a smear in the sofa that seems gross .
