Passable

We really enjoyed our stay! The staff was very courteous and kind. It was also very quiet and very comfortable place to stay. The breakfast was good and they had some really nice amenities such as the pool, workout room and a really nice fire pit area. I also enjoyed their lobby area which had a little market so that you could buy snacks or anything you need. The have a nice restaurant inside as well. We will definitely be back again! Thanks so much.

Pleasant

Exceptional

We arrived late at night, with 2 small children. I was trying to get them to sleep quickly. We noticed the room smelled like wet dog. The front desk offered to move us but I needed my kids to sleep.

so clean and visually pleasing!! the smell was nice and the beds were extremely comfortable. loved the little extras...the huge shower and the fancy mirror!! lighting was great! the room temperature wasn't able to get cool enough.

Staff upon check-in were very nice, very fast, room was clean and cool. It was a very relaxing stay. Was perfect for a stay-over, shuttle driver was very courteous and picked me up and dropped me back off at the airport the next morning.

Exceptional

The front desk staff wad very helpful and friendly. They were accommodating to my families needs and request. There were no towels by the pool. The front desk staff did advise we can ask for towels if we didnt see them and she did apologize for none being out there the time we went swimming.

Great location and setting

I was surprised to see the fees I had incurred. I’m still confused of the $60 charge.

Elevator was not working

Excellent place to stay!!! Suite was fantastic! Drink at the bar and bartender was perfect! Shuttle ride from the airport was exceptional! Breakfast was great! The shuttle even took us to pick up some items from a local store!!! I would DEFINITELY stay here again!!! Staff is amazing!!!

Very clean, staff was friendly and very attentive. Would definitely book again.

Everyone there was very helpful and eager to make out stay enjoyable.

Honestly, I liked how clean and peaceful the property felt. The atmosphere was comfortable without being overly busy, and it gave me that relaxed feeling I’m looking for. I also liked the way everything was laid out it felt like a place where we could actually unwind

Amazing hotel! Friendly staff .. clean room and bathroom! Excellent stay ..

Was not able to check in until 1130 pm due to system issues and the staff was no help, they said just wait or call Expedia and the system had been down since 3 pm.
