Always a great hotel to stay in with friendly staff and everything you need while you’re staying in town.

Customer service was horrible. Nadia at the front desk was rude and unwelcoming. Will never attempt to stay here again. Just awful.

Clean clean clean property and rooms. Staff was extremely polite and helpful.

That the staff for the cocktail bar didn't show up and there wasn't a replacement so that put a damper on the night and I thought breakfast was included but it wasn't I had to purchase it.

I stayed for two nights , as arriving Sharon at the desk greeted me it was immediately a warm welcome with her and her humor. She warned me about the sold out solf ball tournament that was being held in Greenville so she put me on the 4th floor to prevent all the noise from the children there . The hotel is new and clean . My only problem when I enter my room the sink was clogged up with hair but I called the front desk and they had it fixed . The next day I asked for housekeeping but never got it . I’m not sure why but I was bothered about it , it was late when I got back to the room so housekeeping was gone. The warm cookies was to die for !! I love cookies !! I will be back. Please work on housekeeping I noticed a smear in the sofa that seems gross .

They also charge a $5.50 parking fee but it's a regular parking lot, not a parking garage or in a metropolitan/downtown area. The rooms smelled musty, damp, and it was rather warm, no matter how low we put the A/C, and the lowest was 65 degrees. Other guests complained of the air as well. We will be in contact with the General Manager!!!!

This was a great stay. We had one minor issue, but it was taken care of immediately. Plus, the cookies were great. This hotel is very close to shopping and restaurants. Great stay.

The room big and very clean. The beds were so comfortable. Nothing

The only complaint we have was the water pressure in our shower, which may be out of anyone's control, other than that, everything was perfect!

Our favorite choice in Greenville for a lot of reasons. The rooms are fantastic with great touches and furnishings. The location is surrounded by restaurants and stores, and it's a short ride to Falls Park and Main Street the biggest attraction other than Charleston on the coast , or Asheville in the mountains.

One of the worst hotel check in experiences of my life. I’d rather pay a fortune to stay downtown than deal with this guy ever again. The cleaning staff Alicia was the only bright spot.

Great location! A bit on the noisy side. Hotel guests were loud at times and cleaning crew were not as quiet as they should’ve been in the early morning hours. Room didn’t seem very well cleaned because there was hair everywhere! If I had the choice, I would not stay here again. Seems like a “party” hotel.

Clean room

Great front desk staff, clean lobby, bed was comfortable. Shower wall tile had dirt in the grout. I normally wipe down a hotel room with disinfectant wipes just to be safe but the shower had actual visible gunk that needed to be cleaned out which i can only assume was from prior use. The pillows have very flat.
