The staff was amazing. TJ was the best of our interactions. He was incredibly helpful after our flight was cancelled. Hotel was great. Staff was great. Beds were comfy.

Need more staff for sold out days. Check in time needs to be earlier

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The staff was amazing- Angel greeted us and got us checked in. She was friendly and a delight to talk with. Loved the warm cookies she offered. The waitress Samantha (hopefully I remembered her name correctly) was a joy.. very attentive and fun- great food. I could not have been more happier with the total experience. - Judy Davidson

Very clean and big rooms

Clean hotel, comfortable bed a little firm but great room quiet enjoyed our stay!

Breakfast was very good with an assortment of hot and cold food. I really enjoyed it! Lobby needs some refurbishing, because all the upholstery was old, peeling and stained.

My biggest concern was at check out. I prepaid for the stay through AFIRM. When we checked out the front desk representative refused to listen to reason about the stay being prepaid. I have used AFIRM multiple times for vacation retails and never had a problem. The lady was rude, short and unwilling to listen to me. I ended up paying twice and requesting a refund from AFIRM. This hotel needs to train their CSR to have better understanding of the check out process. Besides that the stay was fair. Really clean the house keeping team was amazing. Beds were very uncomfortable. The food was fair but way over priced, NO POOL but to be fair I booked before checking to make sure they had one. Never been to a hotel that did not have a pool….

Exceeded my expectations for a Doubletree hotel and I am picky. Would stay again

Beautiful new hotel in a great location. The bar is awesome- way nicer than a typical hotel bar. Large clean rooms with great bathrooms No golf channel

This work trip was last minute and no hotels were available. This one popped up and I was nervous bc I had never seen it before. That’s because it had only been open 4 days! I couldn’t believe my luck. It was perfect! Perfect food! Perfect hospitality! Perfect room!
