Great location, very clean, and friendly staff!!

Hampton inn, you can do better!Room was not vacuumed.I like Hampton Inn hotels, but this one needs more cleaning.Spots on the walls, trash on the floor.Receptionists are very nice.

They put us in an ADA compliant room. The bathroom set up was horrible. The shower was for wheel chair access and the shower head was fixed sideways to the wall so you had to pull it off and shower. There also wasn’t any storage at the sink because the shelf was removed. A realize there is need for these things but not for us. Room service comes every other day and we weren’t told. We got back to our room late and realized no trash emptied and we didn’t have any bath towels. The person at the front seat was super helpful and got us squared away. I didn't expect this from Hampton Inn.

Great stay

Great quick stay. I’ll visit again.

Location was good, convenient. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The curtains wouldn't close, we had to clip the heavy curtains together with a hanger to block out light. Bathroom wasn't cleaned well, there was hair leftover in the shower and sink from previous guests. The shower also didn't work well, the handle was loose and took a while to heat up. We asked the housekeeper for new towels after the first night of our stay and she said our room would get serviced only every other night, when I responded we'll just go ask the front desk, she pulled out new towels from her cart. Breakfast was served 6a-10a. Went about 8:30, everything was ice cold. They did not refill. A different occupant complained the trash was overflowing, so the attendant just crammed the trash down a bit to try to make space.

Staff was professionals

I question if the towels and sheets were properly washed/sanitized. There was body hair still in the tub shower, and the tub bottom was peeling. Also the tub drain was clogged. We have low expectations for hotel free breakfasts and aren’t picky, but the food was so poor in quality that we opted to skip it on our second day. As I mentioned we don’t expect restaurant quality food at free hotel breakfast counters, but I wouldn’t feed it to my dog. There was a biker gathering at the hotel. A gathering is not an issue. However, they took over the hotel outdoor entrance area and turned it into a party with loud music and engines revving all night into morning hours of 0500. It was clear management was aware, but did nothing.

The warm and genuine welcome was so refreshing, I don’t remember her name but what a sweetheart. Room was clean and bigger than expected. The desk was a little odd as it was very long but not a big deal. It was quiet and pillows. Wish the room and some type of ceiling fan to move the air around as due to its size, the AC struggles to provide that cool breeze while you’re in bed. Breakfast was pretty good and it very close to the airport. I would book again if ever I’m back in the area needed a place to stay.

The only minor problem was my wake up call did not happen.

Comfortable bed, location, dog friendly, indoor pool, clean, and the staff were friendly specially the guy who was at the reception at that time. The chairs in the kitchen is showing age with stains and rips.

I’ve stayed here several times and am always happy with the staff, room and breakfast. Great location as well.

There wasn’t anything bad besides the bed being a bit uncomfortable. We were very impressed with the cleanliness. Especially having a child that has major allergies to everything.

Enjoyed our stay!

Stayed for 4 nights. Location was printed, only a few minutes from the airport. Hotel was extremely clean and the breakfast was a plus. Staff was always willing to assist on any request given. Will definitely be returning and staying there again! :)
