Excellent place to stay

Disgusting room and horrible service. I booked online and choose to pay at the hotel, my wife called and informed them that we would be a very late arrival (4am) and were told that it was fine. Well they decided to charge my card without my permission, cancel my reservation and not inform me at all. When we arrived at 4am we were told our room was given away! I told them that we called and told them ahead of time to which I was told “oh we charge ahead of time to insure your coming for your stay”. The point of picking to pay at the hotel IS BECAUSE I WANT TO PAY AT THE HOTEL! There was no reason for the card to be charged ahead of time, then she tells me there is a 150 dollar hold for the stay, the hold was higher then the actual cost of the room! So we fix the reservation and go to the room, we find a bandaid on the floor, rice in the garbage disposal, mold on the pullout bed and old food on the top of the fridge, so we go back to lobby “ I’ll move your room” that’s it! That woman has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. No apology, no compensation, nothing. I wouldn’t ask anymore to stay here and we will not be coming back

Property has discontinued breakfast. Nice pool area but “closed” Good value for the price.

My first stay was great I had a good room it was clean stocked etc. However, during this stay the room didn’t have a working coffee maker. The bathtub knobs were broken I did have any of the usual dishes like cups or pots and pans. I think honestly I was given a maintenance room. I don’t think they should have rented this room out. I have worked at a hotel before and I know how that works. During this stay a staff member walked into my room unannounced during the morning and woke up me and my husband scaring me half to death. I will not be staying here again. Now they want to charge extra for breakfast when it used to be included.

Complaint was the ac is on the other side of the wall so it was hard to keep it cool Where the bed is. Staff is super helpful though. Everyone was nice. It was quiet and the pool was a nice treat as well!

The cleaning staff were super nice and the front desk staff as well and that’s a rarity with everything being perfect! I’ve wrote this one down because I will be returning when I’m in or even near this area. I can’t say enough about this place being perfect. Everyday I talked to my wife over the phone I’d go on and on about not one thing I didn’t like about it and she said that’s very rare with me! I give this place. A++

They do not have continental breakfast anymore, when i booked it said there was but sign on counter at checkin stated otherwise. The girl at check in, masked and gloved not friendly and no info. The other staff on other days all wonderful! I also didnt realize they dont give much housekeeping due to it being an extended stay place. I dont need it cleaned up, just needed towels since they dont give many. Good location

The pool read closed two days in a row. It was not. Toaster did not work. Front desk did not know why pool was closed.

Came back later that night and they had another room for me. The door to this room was broke and I had to slam the door to open it, close it in the room, open the door to get out, and to close it again when I was leaving. Breakfast was lacking... not that many choices and the cereal containers was mostly crumbs but actual cereal. Very small area to eat breakfast as well. Thank goodness I only stayed 2 nights. Room was spacious but my stay was not enjoyable at all. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Friendly staff, very clean, breakfast was amazing!

Building is old, room was not cool at all, stunk, pillows where ridiculously small and hotel is too cheap to find a case that fit, so used full size tucked in. Rusty lighting, plenty of cracks, just overall dump. Typical Choice hotel property.
