Older hotel, not well kept.

We arrived for a girls trip and were running a bit late. No problem at Check-in. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and informative. We did not take advantage of the breakfast, though we could have. Parking is right next to the building and is free. I highly recommend this particular hotel.

Welcoming reception from Eden at the reception counter. Helpful and friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Large updated room. HVAC worked well. Instant hot water. Only one chair in the room. No dedicated lobby seating - space was used primarily for breakfast and seemed a little run down and was poorly lit.

Good for basic, clean bed and bathroom overnight stop but not what we've come to expect from the Hampton Inn locations.

Property is well maintained and, other than a bit of road noise, our stay was great. The road noise was anticipated due to the proximity of the motel and we knew that going in. It was still a very peaceful stay.

The lack of assistance with booking.com reservation they said they had no record of. Had to pay booking.com and this hotel for same night and manager would not provide an email that I could forward to booking.com stating that was the case.
