InTown Suites Extended Stay Greenville SC - I-85/Mauldin

I liked the handicap room and London was disrespectful as hell was not compromising at all! After spending 1 week of money there then another month of money there he knocks on my uncles handicap door 30minutes til to tell him the police will be called if he doesn’t pay within 30 minutes, mind you he is handicap in a wheelchair and I have been taking care of him as a busy woman I didn’t realize the bill was due, I called to pay over phone he/she wouldn’t let me pay it or take my card over the phone. After I’ve been up there 2 times twice by face and paid and the card should have been saved on file. I lived 50 minutes away in Anderson and told them that I was on the way to come pay because money WAS NOT AN ISSUE! Told me I had 30 minutes to get there or police would still be called and that it sounded like a personal problem because I couldn’t make it in time by 6:30! I called my uncle and told him to pack his stuff we wouldn’t spend ANOTHER DOLLAR WITH THESE PEOPLE !! Esp not being paid to London treating customers like that. The rooms also have roaches in them and the online picture is NOT HOW THE ROOMS TRULY LOOK! I don’t even leave reviews but considering I had to drive 50 minutes pack up all my uncles things load him and his wheelchair up we got on out of there because we will not spend our money somewhere to be treated like after spending spending $2,000 for the 1 week stay in a double bed and then a month stay in a handicap! London SUCKS !! Disappointing and disrespectful not helpful at all.

Has a kitchen and shops nearby

Not as advertised they had a couple fighting naked outside as soon as I arrived.I walked into the office and said I could not stay

Arrived at location. Quickly, found out that the rooms didn't not match the online description. Originally had the room for 2 weeks. Only stayed for a week. Even though the price was great. However, the product was poor. I requested a nicer room, upgrades were not made available. I felt like I was staying at a truck stop hotel. I requested additional toiletries, the on-site manager declined. One, positive- Nice size cable television. The room served it purpose for a week during my transition.

My reservated room was sold when i didnt show up at 6pm and i had made reservations at 530. I arrived at 618, but my room was already sold.

Somewhat noisy, few bugs

Great place to stay and travel by local bus system into and out of areas for site seeing. Safe.

Infested with roaches INFESTED slept in my car for 7 days because it was no refund The Roaches

Pictures are nothing like what is online. Room was dirty. Appliances were falling apart and also dirty. Room is infested with roaches. You will find them crawling everywhere; walls, refrigerator, etc. This hotel should change the pictures of their online listing, it’s so bad it could turn into a legal issue. The only positive thing I can say about this place is that the staff was accommodating and helpful.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly and on point when we needed something. This is my second time staying here and I'll come back if my job brings me back around.

The staff was horrible. The woman or man or whatever named London didn't even show up till 2 hrs after our check in time to open the office. They didn't honor our booking.com price, they charged us 10 dollars for a key that we set on the checkout desk and they claimed we lost. After we paid all the money they said I was being belligerent after I complained. I did not raise my voice or curse at all. Just voicing my dissatisfaction and they said I had to leave. Since my brother was one that booked the room and they said he could stay and I had to leave even though he is disabled and needs my help and we live together they would not let us check out and get a refund even though we had just checked in and hadn't even stayed in the room. We had to borrow money to try to get another hotel. It was infested with cockroaches. They charged you $60 for Wi-Fi that you couldn't even connect to It didn't work at all. There was like a group of like six people on the stairs that led up to our room getting high on marijuana and drinking and being loud and just crazy and there were people fighting in the parking lot. That night we found out there was a shooting there after we had left. Thank God we used booking.com or else we would never get a penny back. Booking will make sure we get a refund but it may take 15 to 30 days. Never stay here. It is the worst hotel I have ever been to in my 40 years on this earth. They completely just straight robbed us of $358.00 It was the worst day ever.
