The staff was great, and the general presentation of the hotel was a positive one. However, the fact that there was no hot water for three days of the 4 day stay without any reimbursement or compensation for it, especially durring convention weekend, is wild. They left up a sign with minimal information that basically said too bad, so sad.

Everything was good this was my second time staying at this location. They had a external issue with hot water but that was t the hotel staff’s fault.

Both the room and the property were dirty and a bit unkept

The staff were extremely cheerful and polite. This location was recommended simply because of its proximity to where I needed to be. The coffee in the snack bar was good. The coffee that is provided in the rooms is not good at all yet what is in the snack room in the lobby is. The floors in my room (223) were very dirty; my feet were black from walking on them. The shower head and the faucet in the shower were loose and the shower curtain needs to be waterproof; my towel for the floor was damp before I even used it which means the curtain had not dried from the prior occupant. That room (and probably all rooms) needs a deep cleaning to make it presentable.

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean for the most part. I did find the overnight cost to be extremely expensive for what I got. $223 total for one night seemed over the top here. I’ll tell you the 4 main reasons why: 1) it’s non-refundable (you will read why that was a concern shortly) 2) my room SMELLED AWFUL LIKE SMOKE! it was coming straight out of the air ventilator so i smelled it all night. I tried spraying febreeze and it did nothing. I had to sleep with the smell and was nasally all the next day with drainage in my throat it was bad. The AC system was completely off I couldn’t press anything on it it was dead I’m not sure why so the fan blasted that air 24-7. 3) you can hear the movement of every single person through the walls -paper thin. Also, the peep hole on the door is huge so I had to cover that it made me feel uncomfortable. 4) last, but NOT least- there were NO CURTAINS COVERING THE WINDOW TO OUTSIDE. So peoples cars were outside my window and ANYONE could see in for all I know. Why is this hotel?!? Super unsafe. Needs fixed and addressed immediately. Whether people can see or not, it’s creepy! This is especially for guests that even turn a light on when it’s dark outside because I would bet money that people can see from outside. nothing is shielding you otherwise. FYI- I’m talking about the main floor 1 for all of these concerns. It’s really a nice room, lobby, staff, parking and hotel other than those things if they can fix them. Buyers beware.

Clean, comfortable, good value. Kitchenettes are nice throwback touch. However, if someone spills food on a burner and doesn't clean it up quickly, alarms could go off and delay sleep as the fire dept. is summoned. Unknown how often that happens.

Near to good shopping and food area and downtown Nasty Smell throughout and so strong in the room

Our room was clean and comfortable. We took advantage of the fitness room and the little grocery area. It was a pleasant stay.

Broken appliances, dirty everything. Spiders everywhere. Next time im staying at the Hilton

Faucets were loose in the shower and sink, smell of dirty body, very dirty floors and walks, noise in halls didn’t stop until after 11pm!
