I would definitely stay again. Great bartender.

Location Coffee maker broke and had no coffee unless dressed to go get it in lobby. Then they were out had to wait to get another container. Go back to room to shower and the shower water handle was stripped. It would fall to hot water so couldn’t get it to stay on warm. Cold or hot was all I had. Staff didn’t really seem to care about any of it.Ive stayed in cheaper hotels way better with better service!

Lobby is clean. Refrigerator in room knocked all night. Spa Tub paid extra for didn’t retain water. Coffee Machine in room didn’t work. Bed was lumpy. Night Shift Was Lazy and Nasty Attitude.

For the price we should have had a complimentary breakfast available. We did not. We typically stay at Hampton and will be doing so in the future. I was told there was a $50 deposit that would be refunded to our card upon checkout. IT WAS NOT.

Reservation was a mistake and a miscommunication with the hotel receptionist so I'm out $160 The receptionist gave me false information about a modification to a booking and didn't modify and instead booked another one through Hilton itself so I'm out $160
