Bad smell in the room. Decided not to stay.

I didn't sleep there the room was dirty plus I didn't get a key the lady open the room for me after that I went down and the place was closed

Arrived after front desk was closed and used lobby phone to get someone to the front desk. Machine was not working to make a key, so employee had to let me in my room, but as a solo, I had one more trip to my car to make. There was hair and soap scum in the sink and a can full of trash. I went back to the front desk and had to use the phone to get staff again. Second room had roaches. I left the property and got a refund. Do not stay here.

Worst stay in the world no soap no shampoo no hair dryer no iron no water no coffee staff timing 10-10 after 10 locked no breakfast even no water glass in the room lcd 32 inch old school charge like a 4 star

Room was roach infested, false advertisement of room and amenities. I am reporting hotel to board of health and BBB.

It was clean efficient and what we needed.

To make matters worse, the room was in terrible condition. The floor was dirty and covered with stains, and the bathtub was filthy, with heavy limescale buildup and grime. The room was so dirty that we even found dead cockroaches inside the dresser drawers. It was extremely unpleasant and completely unacceptable. I understand that some properties operate on a limited budget, but that should never be an excuse for poor hygiene. Hotels should not charge premium prices simply because there is high demand if they cannot provide clean, sanitary accommodations that meet basic hospitality standards. Considering the price we paid, this experience was extremely disappointing.

Fridge was covered in mold outside and in. Ants on the floor. Advertised as full kitchen but cabinets missing and microwave also disgusting. Two pillows for two beds and nothing but a think sheet. Would sleep in my truck before I stayed here again

Never able to check in, came the next day to check in and reservation was labeled did not show even though we paid for 2 nights. Would not recommend at all. Staff was abysmal to talk too.

The front desk staff was nice. Everything else. The blinds did not work. The poor girls in the office tried to fix it, but couldn't. Put a very thin bedspread over the window which did not help much. People coming in and out of the back door which was by the head of the bed all night. The room smelled like Marijuana, cigarettes and dirty wet dog. I took my shoes of and walked across the floor to the bathroom and the floor was sticky and my feet were black. 2 towels 2 wash cloths for 2 people for 2 days. Did not come tidy up the room. When I took the dirty towels to exchange them I was told there was a 1.75 charge per towel. Luckily I was in town for swim meet so I just went to the car together a couple extra towel. I was told if I had trash take it to the dumpster. The bathroom tile was coming up otherwise floor and flopped around. The mattress was ripped up, and on the bed a thin bottom sheet, a top sheet and a thin bedspread in which I will upload pictures. No ice machine, or coffee bar like it said. When the TV wouldn't work and I asked about it they said yes it does this all the time. Unplug the cables and let it set for 5 or 10 minutes that usually fixes it. No one offered to come fix it. I did call area hotels but no availability as there was a huge swim meet. I did not feel safe, the place was filthy. Did not look anything like the pictures, and did not offer anything it advertised. Would not recommend this place to anyone, and I would rather travel the 5 hour round trip daily before staying. There. Also, my daughter and I have little bites on our body, which i think were from fleas..One guy who was there went to his room , came back checked out and said he would just keep driving..unfortunately, I did not have that as an option.Also the sink faucet would spray across the bathroom and out into the kitchen area everytime to turned it on.

There is nothing to like about a room you pay good money only to see if filthy and disgusting should be condemned at the very least train their housekeepers properly and fumigate the entire building not once not twice but three times and it's bad when you find drug paraphernalia out in the open your smoke detectors covered up with bags your bathtub is so dirty you can't take a shower or who would if want to take a bath in it and the sink was just as filthy and so was the toilet I didn't want to take my shoes off cuz I didn't want to walk on the floor with all the cockroaches running around I'm praying that none of them laid eggs into my suitcases if I could give it a zero I would give it a zero. I asked for a double room with two beds I got one small bed for two grown adults. It's very scary here at night it's tucked away in the back of a cul-de-sac and it's dark very dark And the lady at the front desk that was working was supposed to get back to us about a new room and she never did she just blew us off I would prefer to have my money back but if I don't I guess I can see what better Business bureau can do for me. I didn't like anything about this roach motel

Roaches!!! Roaches were all over our room. We grabbed our luggage and never stayed over night. This just happened Friday June 12,2026. I am still waiting for a full refund.

Staff said they were charging me the $25 fee for second dog. I was charged $68.05. Have been unable to get through to get my money back. The next day I found I had been bitten by bed bugs. Avoid this hotel.

The room appeared clean, however, there were many baby roaches in the kitchen and bathroom areas. I realize this property is an extended stay and I was only there for less than 12 hours but they could really use a big treatment.

Horrible the place stinks is dirty has bugs and then they kick you out and the doors don’t lock so someone broke in my room
