Extended Stay America Select Suites - Indianapolis - Greenwood

The staff was helpful and accommodating. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet for sleeping. The general facility was very Spartan and needed a general update. Some leaking from the roof in hallways. The room I was in had some minor issues and needed to be sprayed for roaches and water bugs. I probable wouldn’t stay here again.

Bug flew out of pillow. Room was not cleaned. Feet were black after walking on floor.

They are infested with cockroaches.

The staffing was very helpful and the size of the room was ok. It had a full size refrigerator which was good. When i got there the key scanner/maker was not working so no keys. Had to have front staff let me into my room so I felt i could not leave my room. It was not till the end of 2nd day till I was able to get a key. She was nice at front desk though. There was a cooktop but nothing to cook with. At least a pot and skillet would have been nice. No paper towels, no wash cloth to do dishes that you had to bring). TV was good size. Mattress was thin and I could feel the underneath bars so sleep came and went. Air conditioner worked well. Had problems with toilet but finally figured out how the hold handle to flush. Water pressure in shower was low. As a single traveler, I did not feel completely safe. Lots of people hanging out in the parking lot and around the building. The smell of Marijuana was strong. Your expectations should be low when booking this place.

Nothing It was dirty, falling apart, and had cockroaches

Unbelievably disgusting.. and the MANAGER DONNA IS A JOKE AND NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED. my husband and I travel for a living and this 100% was the WORST stay we've ever experienced. Quite convenient our only other incident ever was another Extended Stay in indianapolis. I'll tell you what. I'm never the person the gripe about a refund but in this case I'm never letting up, this is unacceptable and absolutely needs the attention of corporate. It's INFESTED with roaches and my husband and I paid over $2300 Just for a little over 3 weeks PLUS a pet deposit and I have Legal Certified Medical papers for my Epilepsy Dog. From CHECK IN I requested a exterminator or a resolution and DONNA seemed to always have some slick smart alick remark when it came to taking responsibility for her location. She is not qualified to handle any establishment let alone people's financial information as a whole other matter besides the infestation. If I do not receive a partial refund for our stay and inconvenience since we even checked out EARLY after we already paid because the roaches are that bad and I was tired of confronting Donna. She's a liar and I want my pet deposit and partial refund for our roach infested stay or the health department will be contacted next and I've already reported this to the BBB and Google review.

It was a quick trip in and out..

Booked a room with them. The front desk lady was super helpful, just when getting into my room finally and not even settling for 1 hr roaches started to crawl outta no where. Within that hour me and my fiance have seen over 6 roaches crawl out, from under the toilet etc so didn’t feel comfortable and left within that hour so just waiting on refund as of right now. Good customer service just building has a roach infestation.

They are infested with roaches. Let alone the Assistant manager will try and fast talk you knowing they're wrong. Especially for those of us Traveling for work purposes and paying them $1000's of dollars and you can't even get linen service. Animals running around peeing in the hallways as well as you may experience homeless people pitching tents around the property.

I attempted to check in on Friday evening around, 10:15 pm, there was no one at the front desk. I called the operator per the sign at the front window, no one answered the phone to check me in. There were numerous guests and non-guest entering the lobby, the main door was not lock and propped open. I was concerned for my safety due to comments made to me while attempting to locate the operator of the hotel. I left the premises due to concerns for my safety and unable to locate the office manager. I will be requesting a full refund from my credit card company, as Expedia representatives were unable to assist me in my refund. I am extremely disappoint in the assistance from Expedia reps, if they cannot locate an office manager, how am I to get into a room or contact for a refund?

My friend immediately threw up upon walking in. You have to change your own bedsheets towels etc it smells like death and my bed had huge red stains NEVER AGAIN but I did get a full refund

Room was relatively clean and inexpensive. I just needed a place to flop. There were no in room coffee makers as advertised, one bar of soap, no shampoo. Worst was the 4 roaches I had to kill.

Great Experience

I don't recommend going here there were cockroaches and it took forever to get into our room and by the time we got to the room we got in I didn't even want to stay there because it was not clean it surprised me because this is in Greenwood and I thought this was a very clean area
