Extended Stay America Select Suites - Indianapolis - Greenwood

I love the staff here and that changes everything for us.

I attempted to check in on Friday evening around, 10:15 pm, there was no one at the front desk. I called the operator per the sign at the front window, no one answered the phone to check me in. There were numerous guests and non-guest entering the lobby, the main door was not lock and propped open. I was concerned for my safety due to comments made to me while attempting to locate the operator of the hotel. I left the premises due to concerns for my safety and unable to locate the office manager. I will be requesting a full refund from my credit card company, as Expedia representatives were unable to assist me in my refund. I am extremely disappoint in the assistance from Expedia reps, if they cannot locate an office manager, how am I to get into a room or contact for a refund?

My friend immediately threw up upon walking in. You have to change your own bedsheets towels etc it smells like death and my bed had huge red stains NEVER AGAIN but I did get a full refund

I don't recommend going here there were cockroaches and it took forever to get into our room and by the time we got to the room we got in I didn't even want to stay there because it was not clean it surprised me because this is in Greenwood and I thought this was a very clean area

I made the reservation on line, but when I arrived at the hotel after hours, there was no one on duty, I tried the courtesy phone 3 times with no answer. I wsited over 30 minuted. I called Extended Stay America support, who pushed me off on you. A helpful customer service rep tried to call the hotel with no response, so he went through his supervisor and refunded my money.

We were told we could get for our 1 night reservations but we never did I do not recommend staying here

The staff Key didn’t work . The fire alarm went off at 12:30 so end up leaving the hotel at that time .

I didn't sleep there the room was dirty plus I didn't get a key the lady open the room for me after that I went down and the place was closed

Arrived after front desk was closed and used lobby phone to get someone to the front desk. Machine was not working to make a key, so employee had to let me in my room, but as a solo, I had one more trip to my car to make. There was hair and soap scum in the sink and a can full of trash. I went back to the front desk and had to use the phone to get staff again. Second room had roaches. I left the property and got a refund. Do not stay here.

Worst stay in the world no soap no shampoo no hair dryer no iron no water no coffee staff timing 10-10 after 10 locked no breakfast even no water glass in the room lcd 32 inch old school charge like a 4 star

Staff, location It had a severe roach infestation.

Outside around the building and parking lot cigarette butts and weeds

Room was roach infested, false advertisement of room and amenities. I am reporting hotel to board of health and BBB.

The outside around the building and parking lot needs cleaning. There is constant cigarette butts that build up around facility. The laundry facility is way to expensive $5 dollars a load is unfair

My room had a really bad smell, and no matter how much, febreze I used it wouldn't go away.
