Easy to get to and from. The air conditioning was working but fairly noisy for sleeping.

NO HOT WATER!!!!

Dated look and feel. With that vibe, the hotel needs to be immaculately clean and it was far from it.

Room was great. Overall condition and cleanliness of the property was just okay

Worst parts: very dirty hallway carpets on 3rd floor and very smelly in hall. Sink water pressure both rooms of our two trips has been horrible. Tv-cable doesn’t work. Breakfast is always biscuits and gravy with eggs and a meat choice…I’d love one more option, such as fresh oatmeal instead of always gravy. Ice machine on 3rd floor isn’t working. Did not use the pool. This was not my best hotel and I will be looking at other options for future university trips to visit child.

The room smelled like mildew.

Everything was great here!!! Very friendly and extremely helpful staff, that make every step of the check in/out process and the stay itself such a breeze! Extremely clean site, both inside and out, and the room was also amazingly clean! Would absolutely recommend this to a family member or friend!

The room was clean; however, there was a noticeable smoke odor, even though it was designated as a non-smoking room.

amazing stay to visit my family! navi at the front desk was amazing & accommodating!

We arrived around 10:30 pm. The woman at the desk had to get help to check us in, which I found annoying. Shower alternated between scalding and lukewarm. Breakfast was typical. Was just there one night. Kitchen in room is great if you’re there for a long stay. There did not appear to be much around.

There was no Breakfast offered. Disappointed Lack of interest in assisting with some issues i had.

Kitchen was not well stocked as far as pots and pans. We only stayed 1 night so it wasn't a big deal. I did like that they had a room where you could borrow things. We borrowed a dvd player and an electric skillet, but they had alot of different kitchen appliances and games you could borrow. They had a nice covered patio with a table and some chairs and a couple of grills. Staff was nice and accommodating.

Hotel was extremely clean and modern, friendly staff, had everything I needed for a short stay and more. Area was convenient to all stores and food right around the corner. Tons of parking close to the doors on both sides. The lending locker in the lobby with all kinds of appliances and anything you could need available to borrow is a very cool idea! The AC system is “motion sensor” and never seemed to work quite right, at night I need the fan on circulate for noise and airflow and there was no way to make it stay on or stay cooling when it didn’t see anyone moving.

Free parking Quiet location. I do have to say the room had a little bit of a musty odor. But after a little while was ok. It was pretty clean.

The staff was great, and the general presentation of the hotel was a positive one. However, the fact that there was no hot water for three days of the 4 day stay without any reimbursement or compensation for it, especially durring convention weekend, is wild. They left up a sign with minimal information that basically said too bad, so sad.
