Generally everything was great. I feel like the “included breakfast” is a big portion of the daily rate compared to other quality hotels that do not include a breakfast. The breakfast at this location is very low quality compared to other hotels that include breakfast. It is a self serve sandwich making station for the most part. IMO much more quality and service could be included with this.

Unfortunately, the pillows had an old, musty/moldy smell, and the carpet felt damp, almost as though it had just been cleaned and had not yet had enough time to dry. I also noticed hair that had clearly been left behind from a previous guest. What is especially disappointing is that this is now the second hotel I’ve stayed at within the past two weeks, in two different states, where I’ve encountered hair from previous guests left behind on the bathroom floor or around the sink. I understand that things can occasionally be missed, but finding the same issue repeatedly makes me question the consistency of the housekeeping standards. I actually like the Home2 Suites brand and have chosen it because I’ve come to expect a certain level of cleanliness and quality. However, after these experiences, I’m concerned that this may be a problem across multiple locations. I hope management will take this feedback seriously and look into the housekeeping standards and quality-control process. Cleanliness is one of the most basic expectations when staying at a hotel, and finding evidence of previous guests in the room is very disappointing. I’m not looking to simply complain—I’m sharing this because I like the brand and would like to feel confident continuing to stay at Home2 Suites in the future. Additionally, as requested I was able to get another room by the front desk representative.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean, as was the rest of the property. The gym was better than many hotel gyms I have seen.

It was great and wish the rooms were available more to stay longer. Staff was realy friendly, especially Candy when it came to our kids and dog. :)

Shower pressure was excellent. Hotel very clean. The stay was fantastic. Good location for food.

Check-in was quick and easy. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen area and bathroom. Breakfast was good. Overall a great value stay — I’d definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Bathroom sink does not drain at all. It is extremely slow. It played on my nerves. Even after complaining, plumber could not fix the slow draining

The breakfast was exceptional. They had a different breakfast sandwich option each morning as well as waffles, etc. The ladies working in the breakfast area were very on top of keeping things stocked. The pool was a nice size. The room was a good size and the bathroom was nice. The beds were comfortable. The only issue I had with the room was that it was humid and smelled like fritos. We didn't spend a ton of time in the room so it didn't bother me too much.The hallways were also humid but it was really hot and humid outside so the AC was probably struggling to keep up.

It was inviting and lively. The super heavy sliding bathroom door. It was really hard to open.
