Courtyard Greenville-Spartanburg by Marriott

All in all the hotel which I've stayed at numerous times throughout the years has maintained itself well and is a go - to for me in Greenville.

unfriendly staff cramped room

Proximity to family Hotel room too dark, needs more lighting.

Alex at the front desk was super helpful and went above and beyond to help me get a room on the courtyard side of the building. Room was clean and comfortable and was lovely to look out into the Courtyard. Hung out in the lobby for a few hours with my husband waiting for our flight, very nice and comfortable.

The Staff was very helpful as always.

Was overrun by screaming teenagers all night.

Too expensive. It would be nice if the bar was open longer - perhaps until at least midnight. Overall price for one night stay.

Staff. Clean room. Comfortable and close to highway food etc.

Serene and Clean. Staff were friendly. I loved everything, except that I never knew that that breakfast wasn't buffet but you have to buy otherwise everything was exceptional

Breakfast was nasty

Richard, our shuttle driver, was prompt & very pleasant, as well as a safe driver. I didn’t get the name of the checkout person this morning, but she was very pleasant & helpful for so early in the morning.

Breakfast menu was fresh, staff were great. The material on Expedia do not represent the breakfast accurately. It is an elevated Starbucks rather than a restaurant breakfast venue.

We have stayed here every time we come to Greenville to see our kids and Grandkids.

Access from I85 and close restaurant and stores.

Free shuttle to from airport. Service at desk and bistro counter . Lemon water Long wait at check in.

We were traveling from Michigan to South Carolina. I booked online prior to arrival. Upon checking in I was assigned a dirty room not once but twice. The third room was too small for my family and not what I paid for. Took four tries to get us a clean, correct room.

Only real complaint was the noise from the street and parking area. Had a room on the street side, easily heard loud cars on the Main Street. Would request a room facing the courtyard next time.
