They closed down a week after I booked the room. And they never contacted us to tell us

Didn't get in the door - they were closed! Hotel was permanently closed & we booked months ago & received no notice & had to find a new hotel at midnight.

Nothing Hotel was abandoned, no one notified us it was shit down before we drive 5 hours and arrived

The place was closed a month ago and we were never notified! Bad service on booking.com

The amount of space in room is fabulous. Room has microwave and refrigerator which is convenient. The breakfast and coffee leaves a lot to be desired.

We got the deluxe room and having a huge sitting area was great. The staff was helpful and polite. Like most inexpensive hotels, the carpet could use a good cleaning, but it wasn't too bad, odor-wise.

Comfortable bed, nice linens, clean room

The bathroom was very small basically had to be used with the door open. I had reached out via chat to ask for a room on the second floor, no response, I had asked when we arrived to be on the second floor, they gave me a second floor room with no issues I did ask if it was as nice as the one they had booked for me she said they were all the same....the wall dividing the room did not have the open space in the wall sort of like a window to view each other from adjoining rooms, this was disappointing as the photos showed that and I thought it was cool....she had said all the rooms were identical, I disagree, I think they took photos of the best king room they had and used those.... because this room did not seem as nice as the photos.

The room was spacious The sink was clogged and fridge wasn't even plugged in.

sorry, nothing. hallways smelled of smoke, rooms smelled musty, carpets were nasty, half-assed cleaning happened, appliances and decor was barely hanging on. I would never come back here

Good location. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean, but the hallways smelled like urine. The best word to describe the place is seedy.

My room had a bag of leftover food that was S delivered to prior occupants.

Room size Dated and definitely not worthy of a 3 star rating.

Location is excellent, staff is also. I prefer to eat breakfast out. Clean, quiet.

n/a when I first arrived with my girlfriend and friend , my friend was not staying in the room, we were immediately judged by the woman checking us in. she consistently reminded us that there was only 1 king bed after I told her it would just be my girlfriend and I staying in the room, we are a lesbian couple. The room was extremely dirty the bathroom had hair in it and the tub was dirty. the coffee maker had water in it, the sheets and comforter were dirty along with the pillow cases. there was trash under the bed I’m assuming from whoever stayed in the room prior to our stay. The door to the room had a gap on it so we could hear everything in the hall. we came back to the hotel late that night about 2am and we could just walk in. there was no lock on the front door which is very unsafe considering anyone could walk in. the door in the room did not have a latch lock so I felt extremely unsafe. it was overall a terrible stay.

Shower flow was minimal and very slow.

I find two problems the room was smelling moldy and the bathroom was in bad condition, the stuff was very friendly and kind, I think they can do better with the building! The desk was broken too! Paint and cleaning property,
