?????? The facility was filthy and dilapidated, many torn areas of carpet a scary looking elevator, hand dirt and finger prints everywhere, the carpets had what appeared to be bleach stains in the hallways, 2 rooms where boarded up on with plywood the other will drywall, contonental breakfeast room was on the lower level and the thermostat rwas set to 72 and the rooms temperature read 80 it was hot in there there was no ryme or reason the the help ypur self breakfast bar, coffee cups were in a differnt place tthan the cover and yet a different place for the refrigerated milk, everyone though polite were on top of each other to get the food and people had to stand to eat because though there was room there weren't enough, smell was strong Indian food due to the restaurant and musty, almost molded or mildew, was no shower curtain, no toothpaste, mattress covers zipper was broken exposing the mattress,

Only good part is the restaurant being so close

Need to police your parking lot to avoid people making drug deals - freaking out my young daughter

This place needs to be broken down and rebuild. The rugs in the rooms and hallways smelled horrible horrible, the pool area is disguising I didn't even go in the pool because of the mold on the walls and crack in the ceiling. The breakfast kitchen area was disguising and disappointing. I will never stay there again. Everything disgusting place to stay, never never again

It's a decent place to stay. Room was clean, air conditioning very cold, which i love. Breakfast is good, sausage, eggs, waffles, cereals and yogurt, etc. The staff work hard but it's a large property and I understand it's difficult to maintain. There are many issues with exterior like, loose steps on side entrance, trim broken off door, stair wells dirty. Etc. They need a large investment to address all the issues. I would stay there again if nothing nicer isn't available.

The staff were accomodating, nice, helpful and polite. The property is ok a bit tired, they are keeping the rooms as nice as they can, it smelled a bit like mildew but I think it’s the carpet??? Yes some of furniture is a little older shows wear and tear but nothing crazy.Theres great coffee all day in the area near the restaurant but the coffee in the breakfast area wasn’t the greatest. The one thing that could also improve is the free continental breakfast. There’s not much to choose from but is doable.I really like the fact that they provide youth cribs. The pool is ok 3’ all around and on the small side especially for busy summers.I think it is also salt water, the kids loved it so did the other families using it.The front desk area was nice and the woman behind the counter was very friendly, something people including everyone in our group complained about was the smells in the hallways I could hear it being said by many guest like cigarette smell mildew etc.I’ve traveled plenty and have been to many places I’ve had to walk out of because I just couldn’t fathom staying, this was actually a nice experience for the family. The outside could use some tlc. There are so many nice restaurants and shops.Walmart is directly across them. All in all not bad. It was a pleasant stay.

While the room did not appear dirty there were many items that were in disrepair or in need of general maintenance. There was remodling/construction throughout many spaces within the hotel. The elevator was extremely hot. Our room specifically many of the furniture items had damage. Upon first arriving there was condensation along the entire ceiling in the bathroom. We ran the fan and left the door open to equalize the room temperature, but this is clearly an ongoing problem as the ceiling was very rusty. The shower curtain rod was barely attached and looked like it may fall at any time. There were lights burned out in the room and the beds were not queen sized as advertized, but full. The breakfast was ok, but tables were sticky from past use and there was clearly no one managing the service. Only someone popping in occasionally to check food levels. I would not say the staff went out of their way to be helpful or even friendly. I went to check out and the entire converstation went " I would like to check out." and a reply of "OK". That was it. No offer of a receipt. No "how was your stay?" Nothing. This place will not be worth the price unless some serious renovations are done to fix the damaged items and general rundown nature of the establishment. I will not be staying here again.

This place shouldn’t be allowed to be hotel it is absolutely disgusting in there ,has such horrible smell throughout the whole place,it honestly look like someone was murder there ,there was bleach stains all over the carpet. The pool was so gross! No one should stay there. They need to close it down.

Staff was kind and professional. Great location, and affordable. The pillows need to be replaced, air conditioner seemed to not be as powerful as I am accustomed. The hallways seemed a little stuffy, poor air quality and circulation, no air conditioning in the hallways. Some of the doorway entrances and elevator need updating

At check-in, I learned the only route to the elevator required climbing three stairs, making the property difficult to access for anyone with mobility issues. I had planned to work remotely, but the Wi-Fi was so outdated that my computer could not connect, forcing me to use my phone's hotspot. The next morning, we went to breakfast around 7:30 AM and found a shirtless man yelling profanities at my wife and me. Most of the food was already gone, and the environment felt unsafe, so we left immediately. We avoided both the breakfast area and the pool for the rest of our stay. The room's air conditioner was old and extremely loud, making it difficult to sleep. On another day, we witnessed what appeared to be a drug transaction outside a first-floor room, with money being exchanged through a damaged window screen. While I cannot say with certainty what was happening, it was unsettling and made us feel unsafe. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. Between the poor maintenance, outdated amenities, accessibility concerns, and safety issues, I would not stay here again or recommend this property to others.

Breakfast was great No room service Phone was not working Internet down) weather) Magnetic card working poorly not easy open doors Nees some renovations

Nothing They lied about everything there was no hot tub. They had bugs it smelled. It was horrible.
-
NOTHING. It was available when we needed a room. Lack of cleanliness, repair, maintenance, purported breakfast, lack of a/c in the common areas. This was not a good experience, especially for the price.

Nothing It was smelly, the toilet didn’t flush, AC in room didn’t work, everything was totally rundown and unkept. And we seen Bugs in our room.
-
Nothing I have spoken to you guys but haven’t gotten a response or resolution to the whole thing. I have called and to fix problems at least 10 to 15. Have been disconnected at least five times. Even asked for supervisor but told agent would talk to them and come right back. How about a phone call back.

This was the worst hotel I have ever seen. It is really rundown. The floors are Roddy and squeaky and all the halls. The elevator smells bad I could not stay there. It was absolutely horrible.

What was with the short toilets? Broken shower head that flooded the bathroom. Loose towel bar. There was a loose floor tile in the lobby that caught our shoe. The ramp from the handicap parking to the lobby was awful!!! Breakfast was overcooked, both mornings. very expensive for the quality of the hotel. It was convenient to most of the things we were visiting.
