We lost power and they are refusing to give us a refund they told us “ No because the whole town had no power”. That isn’t an excuse I had two little kids and it was very hot without no ac all night. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Great price, central, clean room, decent breakfast included. Hotel was a bit outdated but all in all a decent stay and worth the money! Would stay again for sure

We had a very disappointing stay. The hotel did not feel safe at all, and the overall condition of the property was poor. The room was dirty and clearly had not been properly cleaned. The building is very old, outdated, and feels more like a neglected motel than a hotel. We were uncomfortable throughout our stay and did not feel secure. The breakfast was very limited and below expectations. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again and would not recommend this property to other travelers.

It was a basic bed and room. But boy was the property tired-- parking lot had a crater in, elevator didn't work, leak in the hallway roof, obvious signs of a fire, musty smell. Nice enough folks who ran the place.

Not a good experience. Staff was extremely rude and hotel was not clean, not well maintained, and smelled.

When I went to my room on the second floor, there was a bucket in the middle of the hallway and the ceiling just had a black plastic covering like a bag. The room was extremely moist air. Everything was damp. I had to turn the ac off. Usually if an air conditioner is putting out cold, damp air is usually due to filters not being clean or something wrong with the coils. The only reason why I stayed was because the bed was clean with clean sheets, and it was comfortable. The bathroom was somewhat pretty clean and the trim around the air conditioner was rotted. there was no sprinkler systems or a clock in the room. There was also a tear in the curtain.We picked this hotel because it had an indoor pool and continental breakfast. We did not go in the pool nor did we even stay for the continental free breakfast because we thought the hotel was rundown. We couldn’t wait to get out of there when we woke up.

Did not access breakfast, so cannot comment. The lobby and Room were clean. The pool water was clean and pool area acceptable. Much in disrepair in facility. Hot tub was covered and off. Noted exposed elecrical wires in several outdoor locations. Loose stairs and railings at most entrances and exits. Deadbolt in room would not engage without manipulating it with a tool. The door facing the parking lot on 2nd floor will not larch or lock. Noted a mini-balcony that spans about 6ft wide and 12in narrow is fully accessible to walk. It appears ready to fall off building if strained as it was loose and only attached with nails. The smell of marijuana is prevelant in areas on 1st floor. The elevator was out of order. Carpets and rugs are bunched or torn in many places. Every window and piece of glass is dirty and streaked with long accumulated mess and have not been well cleaned in a long time. The parking lot and sidewalks are in disrepair and lights are inadequate at night in some walking areas.

The hotel was located near where we were visiting, that was the plus. Booked last minute, it was the best pricing I could get-but I would not stay again. While clean, the room smelled musty, toilet leaked and walls were thin. Curtains did not block out the security lighting outside, noise from the other rooms, hallway and parking lot was clearly heard. I booked two rooms at the same time and while they didn't need to be connected, the were originally on different floors. Took a while to fix and seemed to be a hassle did the front desk clerk. Pool was clean but you had to get towels from front desk, never saw that before. Very dated property, from the outside to the carpeting everywhere.

Decent place to stay

Hotel is pretty rundown. Toilet seat wasn’t attached to the toilet. The entire place smelled like smoke, both cigarette and marijuana smoke. After we checked in and went out to dinner, when we came back, there was a guy handcuffed on the floor getting arrested about two doors down from our room. Breakfast was OK, and a nice perk, but otherwise the day was not that great. We ended up leaving a day early, because our business in Groton was finished early, but the Hotel would not consider a refund for the unused day of our stay.

Staff Dated rooms

Property was in great location and also was clean and comfortable. They have great WiFi even for gaming and the staff is very nice. Definitely staying here again if I’m in the area and need a nice place to stay A little pricey compared to some places around but still affordable

There were stairs at each entrance so luggage had to be carried, no ramp. Everything was pretty old looking although clean enough. The WiFi was pathetically slow and difficult to connect to. The breakfast started at 7:00 which was too late for me, I had to leave each morning at seven. It’s not terrible but I’m used to better.

Nice place

Was terrible. Dirthy everywere. The 2nd morning blackout from early morning since i left the structure. Horrible

The room was clean, had a typical chain hotel decor. The air worked well and was quite .The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Also it did have a coffee maker and small microwave we did not use. The bathroom was small but clean, good towels and had travel size shampoo etc. Breakfast was nice. OKAY....now for the main reason this hotel did not meet expectations. The main entrance is not at all welcoming. Dirty brick steps and a rubber door mat that is worse for the wear. The entrance door itself has peeling paint NOT INVITING ! We parked in back after check in so used a different door that had a ramp made of unsound material covered with a worn out ripped" turf " looking fabric also not pleasing. I cannot believe these issues cannot be addressed with not much effort. It makes me wonder if there are ever inspections made by the Ramada/ Wyndham Group.
