Marie at the front desk was kind. Wanted to get in early but couldn’t which was fine. She personally called me to let me know my room was ready. She also gave us ideas of places to go. We did and it was one of the highlights for my grandson!

From the minute we pulled up we felt happy (especially since our stay at LaQuinta in Windsor Locks was absolutely terrible). The minute we walked in we were happy. Clean, open, vibrant lobby with beautiful lighting and super friendly staff. Our room was perfect. Great water pressure, clean room with amenities (coffee maker, microwave, fridge, etc.). Our room overlooked the lovely garden with a pergola and stone firepit. We sat outside and had tea and loved the peace and quiet and beautiful atmosphere. We ate dinner and breakfast in their full service restaurant which was amazing!!! Great prices too! They have a super cute indoor pool and gym. We will definitely be back!!!

Excellent location, very clean and staff was fabulous. Pillows in room were not comfortable at all for us. They were extremely soft so ended up flat.

When we arrived, our room smelled awful. However, the staff were very friendly, and we were able to change rooms. On the whole, the rooms are clean, but the furnishings are a bit worn.

Checking in was a breeze. Luisa was very helpful and so friendly. My room was amazing and the bed was so comfy. I think what ultimately made my night was the text from Luisa, checking in to make sure I was ok and if I needed anything. That definitely made the experience and the decision to stay the night, the perfect choice. I will be booking a room here in the future.
