The room smelled like Cigarette smoke and the AC adjust to 85 during the night so we woke up sweaty and miserable. The building lobby etc looked nice and clean but the room itself was just ok. Our booking apparently did not include any housekeeping etc.

Random people walking aimlessly through the hotel, perhaps from the sleep clinic located inside the hotel. Lingering odor in the bathroom. Septic issue? First night no AC. The manager and crew on for that were very polite. Next day, fire alarms went off, crew was outside before guests. No maid service so wet towels and full garbage pails. Called for towels and cups, after an hour we got towels. I’ve been to many hotels, this was by far one of the worst experiences.

Unfortunately, the room we booked was not available when we arrived. Since the hotel was fully sold out, we were displaced for the night. The hotel tried to help us, but their response could have been more robust. Since I booked through a Since I booked through a third-party, they stated their obligation to help was less. Instead, I was on the phone with Expedia customer service for an hour late at night with two small children in tow. Lesson learned.

Fire pit was a really nice area Bathrooms at hotels. Need more hooks and places to put shower and bathroom items when traveling. Hooks on back of doors and more than 1 towel rack. Guests bring lots of items from home and limited area to put it.
