Cozy, quiet, all facilities work properly, consistent hot water, and room was very clean. The AC/heater smelled a little odd when we turned it on.

Location Toilet leaking water, electrical outlets would not hold chargers etc in. Spiders in tub, No coffee pot available in room or office. Single K-cup would work in room.

Overall layout of the rooms is nice, lighting is cozy, bed is comfortable, and rooms are always very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The showers are a bit old, but they're clean and the water is a consistent temperature.

Staff was friendly and very helpful/informative. There was a little road noise, but I feel that's to be expected with a motel.

I booked a queen bed room and since they were out of them I was placed in a different room with no refund offered.

It was close to stores and restaurants It was filthy and the door didn't lock my husband put dresser against the door and they tried to charge me 50$for a service animal for damage to the room there was nothing to damage and my cat never damaged anything ever she is registered as a service animal since she was a baby never had any problems with any hotel with her except that one I will never stay there again and never recommend it to know one it was a dump my white socks turned black from the filthy floor just walking on it
