Nothing The hotel is all boarded up they had a fire no office just some dirty guys room

We never stayed at the inn. After looking at the rooms we decided to not stay. but the stay was kind to agree. Bust still waiting for a refund. hopefully the staff will respond soon.

Absolutely nothing Walked into the room to a broken chair and it smelled horrible. What made me decide to leave and get another place was the cockroach's Definitely will never go there again..Absolutely horrible

Not one thing. NOTHING Roaches all over the room, bathroom, on the bed, on tables, tv, etc.

Nothing Roaches on the floor ,holes in the bathroom door ,big hole in the tub ,mold on bathroom walls ,in a different section the roof caved in ,

We had no refrigerator and no hot water in bath

This hotel is the worst I've ever seen anywhere! There was a fire 2 years ago and it still hasn't been repaired. I wanted to see the room that was assigned to us and it's the worst thing I've ever experienced. Drunk & addicted people hanging aroung, filthy room and beds, dead roach under the bedspread. The manager got so upset because I checked the bed; started yelling at me saying I should've left it alone. This place should no longer be listed on your site.

Everything was horrible roaches dirty room

A reasonably-priced motel to get a good night's sleep. Bed was comfortable, room and bathroom were clean. Highway noise is minimal.

Everything. the whole place needs to be renovated. Pictures you have are not what is there NOW. Will be sending info to the Groton Health Department about this place. Our room was 142. Disgusting. Musty

Rented 2 rooms, my room stunk of mold/mildew and there were bugs everywhere in both rooms. 2nd room had bag over smoke detector and bugs everywhere. Both rooms were damaged and had chipped and peeling paint on bathroom ceiling. 2nd room bathroom door had holes in it and was barely hanging on frame. No batteries in tv remotes and only few channels came in. Bed spread had cigarette burn holes in them.

This motel needs to be condemned and shutdown. The furniture is souled and dirty the carpets had stale food and holes in it. The bath looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a decade. Dead moths on the furniture. Chewing gum on the ceiling. Phone unplugged and sitting on a closet shelf. I stayed for 1 hour just so I could book another motel. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE YOU WILL REGRET IT. The only good thing was I did a get a full refund.

This place was absolutely disgust. Roach infestation, moldy, bathtub. Several holes in the wall. No refrigerator and awful staff. Place needs to be delisted

The building looks derelict and needs to be demolished. Disgusting property. I did not feel safe either. I immediately booked another hotel and left.

EVERYTHING!!!! The office was boarded up as was more than half of the motel. It was abandoned with only about 6 rooms functioning that were disgusting, dirty and smelled awful! How could you even advertise for them and actually book rooms there?

Absolutely NOTHING. Honestly, I would like my money back. Flagship Inn and Suites was the MOST AWEFUL place I have EVER stayed, BAR NONE. At the point I opened the door to my room, I wanted to run away. The place had not been maintained for decades. There were holes in the wall. The microwave, which did not work, was on the desk seat, which smelled and had stains on it. The bathtub looked like it had NEVER been cleaned. The toilet seat was broken. There were no bulbs in the two light fixtures. The bed had stains on it. The towels smelled and had stains as well. One outlet had no electricity to it. Another had the cover off, and I was fearful I would get electrocuted. THe neighbors were loud. The building manager could not be found for 20 minutes. The manager's building was condemned by the city, and he used one of the hotel rooms has his main office. The hotel was in a seedy dangerous looking area. I felt scared for my life. By the time I came to the motel, I had zero options for the two night stay. I brought my clothes and computers and stayed one night, got 4 hours rest before I packed up and left. I did not stay the second night there, but drove to the Hilton close to Providence airport and slept in my car in their parking lot for the second night. I had hoped I'd get some good rest before my early morning flight from Providence, but I got another 4 hour sleep night in the car. I normally take pictures of the places I stay, but I was SO EMBARRASSED about my selection of this venue that I did not want my wife to see any photos of the motel I stayed at, because she'd never let me live this down and show my friends how cheap I was. Now, I regret not taking photos because I see pictures section below as evidence...I realize this dooms my chances of getting my money back, but I feel I should still let you know how bad this was and to take this place off your listings. Certainly, all my friends will soon know about it...
