Threadbare carpet, sagging mattress, malodorous pillows. Stained tub. And more.

Needs work.

Room was not at all clean, there was a smell in the room , there was a weird smell in the sheet which they gave not

The room was dirty, old and smell disgusting couldn’t even sleep there, I have never seen that disgusting Motel/Hotel like this, I will never come back there and not recommend this Motel to anyone.

staff good. room a/c leaking onto rug so you hear the drip drip drip. stairs a little narrow for my feet

It's located in a quiet area

The staff and location were fantastic . But the room was gross and way out of date . Furniture falling apart and it wasn't very clean . Some other customer put buggers on all kinds of things , the shower curtain , the desk , the bathroom sink . All in all the place was disgusting but the staff and location and price were great.

Went to go to bed. Pulled back the bedspread. No top sheet. No blanket. Looked like transient did work in exchange for a room. Carpet was wet Not just wet spots Perhaps the tried to clean the Carpet??? Smelled like stale smoke and rug cleaner Good ? Well it didn't have bugs. The door locked.

Constant running and leaking toilet. Ants in bathroom. Tv Remote had no battery cover as a result they kept falling out...entire complex needs an entire total upgrade

Cheap room in Groton It’s a motel which is the permanent residence of many “people”. Booking advertising a “smoking” room was false. Although from the hole in the comforter, someone was smoking something in there previously. Cleanliness is not their thing. And people hang around all day.

The Rodeway Inn is an older facility. My room was clean and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. The stairs to the second floor were carpeted. They haven’t been vacuumed in a very long time.

This hotel lacks the proper conditions for guests to stay comfortably and get a good rest; my experience was horrible.

The windows were not secur enough and the rug need to be either removed to replace it with tile instead. The dirty rug attires roaches. I saw a couple of them

Not clean really bad odor of cigarette smoke

When we got to hotel, lady said she had no reservation for us- that we weren't listed there. I booked this room, through Expedia, in April 2026 and had all confirmations. Expedia was ABSOLUTELY NO HELP!!!! Had to find another place more than double the money.

Checked out after one night and did not stay another. The rooms were filthy. Mattress had dry blood sheets didn’t fit on the bed the comforter was a beach blanket. Bathroom everything was broken. Sink, toilet paper holder, mirror was full of rust. Whole place needs to be torn down and rebuilt. Do not book.

Its a quick place to sleep room was all stained and just gross bathroom had no working air to clear out steam got all my stuff wet and damp the only thing that made it ok the staff were not bad you can see they try make due with what there given but very nice and honest
