The suite only had the standard 2 trash bins. I suggested a larger or additional bin since it was a suite & an additional bin was immediately supplied. BE WARNED of the $50 security deposit-it was not released upon check out;I waited 1 month for release.

We stayed in the king suite as we were travelling with a toddler. Spacious room with plenty of space for toddler to play around. Pool was great, it was not cold like other heated pools that I have been to. Breakfast was average. The only issue I had was that despite the hotel having a 3pm check-in policy, my room was not ready until 4pm. Apparently the front desk did not mark the room as checked out, and was therefore not cleaned. This was very frustrating especially that we had a toddler.

The staff was nice when I interacted with them. There was no room service, not sure if this is a new thing for stays shorter than a week long.

Darien was delightful!!! She is holding the place together!! Can’t say enough about her!! Brad was completely and utterly ineffective.

We had a last minute change on a holiday weekend when our original hotel booking was unexpectedly closed for repairs. The Hampton inn was further away but they were very accommodating with the last minute booking. Friendly staff, decent breakfast, clean room, well kept facilities.
