Quality Inn & Suites Grove City - Outlet Mall

The breakfast was a well thought out assortment of items for every one (basic continental) although the coffee was not good, dumped mine out. OVERALL they did a good job. Staff friendly & caring.

Excellent staff extremely dedicated and helpful. Clean spaces. Room and bathroom quality was mixed specially in the very harsh lighting and weak shower function.

When I checked in I was extremely tired and was greeted by the friendly and helpful staff. I believe his name was James. I didn’t have my glasses on, my apologies if it wasn’t. He was there again the next morning on our departure and remembered why were there. Our stay was a short one but if we’re in need and in the area we’ll be back again. Good service is always appreciated and makes a good impression for us!

It was quiet and clean The breakfast left alot to be desired. Barely anything to chose from.

I was a craft vendor at the foodies fest at the premium outlets in Grove City. I had an absolutely horrible experience and when I arrived to check in I had the privilege of meeting James. He is by far the most infectious happy person I have ever met. He eased me and made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely come back if James is there. What a wonderful person. N/A

The breakfast was ok. Eggs were cold the 1st morning. The Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean but dated. We were upgraded to a suite to stay on the 1st floor which was very nice.

The room was clean and perfect for the stay for the event I was attending. Plenty of place to eat close and located near the freeway. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing, it was perfect for my needs

I have stayed at numerous Quality hotels and this one needs some updates especially in the bathroom. The extremely low commode is very difficult for older and handicapped people to access. Also the staff needs to check on lotions and shampoo to make sure they are usable. Following up on noise levels of other rooms should not take more than one complaint call. A little more attention to details would be appreciated.

Nice room, very friendly staff. We wanted a late checkout and got till 1pm to checkout, which was very convenient. Our room window opened to the back side of the hotel which was great view into greens and nature. Hot breakfast (sausage, scrambled eggs, fluffy biscuits, waffles, along with cornflakes, fruits, bread, bagel, yoghurt, juices and coffee), Chilling Air Conditioning, comfortable and clean bed, lots of pillows and a fully functional clean washroom with lots of towels made it a nice cozy stay.

Dirty place. Stinky. The rooms are very obviously not cleaned regularly and if they are they are doing a terrible job. The elevator was broken the whole time I was there. The hallways were loud and in general sucked.

Room was very spacious, bed very comfortable, nice to have a mini fridge in the room and next time making trip to Grove City we will plan on staying again.

The stay was very good, however bathroom could be updated as it had some kind of odor. Beds were comfortable but again some oder in the sheets. A little upgrade would be nice...Over all good , comfortable stay. James was very friendly and helpful. Thanks 🙏

The bathroom door was broke. Wouldn’t close. Also it was advertised as having a hot tub which they did not. Only private in certain rooms.

Checked in late with no problems. The room was super clean, shower had great pressure and bed was very comfy
