Staff was nice and the room was clean.

You could hear other rooms people easily that was the only drawback , else everything was good .

I ask at check in for a handicap room dua a recently broken wrist and even when I offer to pay more, they didn't let me. The last day we ask for extra suggar and the lady at the reception said "no more room service today". We where asking only for two packets of suggar. And the previous people, left behind a blue towel, whoch let me thing that they don't do a good cleaning at the rooms.

Welcoming front desk. Room was wonderful. Slept well. And a maintenance employee helped me by carrying my bag up the stairs. Quite a delightful place.

Outside of property was weed infested and not clean at all.Very bad first impression. The ladies working there were very accommodating. I'm not sure if sheets in my room were changed because they were inside out.Got the impression they just flipped it over,hope not.Pool was fantastic and clean.Breakfast was aok.

I absolutely love this place. My room was super clean and had a nice feel. The building was clean. The check-in lady and the owner were very nice. The price was amazing for how much that place has to offer, including a swimming pool. And even with that great price they included a complementary breakfast.! I will stay at this location when I am in the area again. 100%.!

My experience was terrible. My room had bed bugs in it. I got eaten alive. And when i told the staff on my last day he gas lighted me saying i probably got it from somewhere else. I got 11 bites on my arm and one on my belly. Other guests said they also were experiencing the same thing. I ended up checking out 1 day early with one baby and 2 toddlers at 11pm to drive all the way back to Canada. Also when we got there on the first night our room didn’t have a fire alarm. It appeared to be removed and wires were sticking out. When i called the front desk he said maintenance will come the next day which i was uncomfortable with. Because I’m pretty sure without a working fire alarm the room isn’t upto code. He then came and put it on but it kept beeping every 30 seconds which was scaring the kids. I complained and he finally switched out room at 10:30pm and then we found out it had bed bugs. I’m so unhappy with the service. Personally i want my money back because it has costed so much money trying to make sure we don’t take them home. I will be calling head office. If i could i would give them 0 stars.

They didn’t have a hot tub. My family was very disappointed since that’s the main reason why we booked there.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

With that being said, the receptionist was good. The pool was clean, as were the rooms .

Wonderful place to stay. I am here once a month when I come in to town to visit family. Could stay at their home but I stay here so grands can swim year round!

Air worked Clean

Checkin was friendly and room looked ok. But the breakfast was below any expectations

The location was great but not up to best western standards the beds are out dated toilets not bolted down dirty coffee filter in coffee machine busted shower head doors dont open properly .the exits door you can go out but can go in

The breakfast was sparse, or not restocked.

The only plus was it was close to my event.

The pool was closed down and the hot tub is no large used. When we went to the room the toilet was very wobbly and the ac unit made loud noise when running

The guy at the desk was very nice & helpful. My AC wasn't working and he came right down, it needed a reset button pushed. Then my TV wouldn't turn on, he was right there, it was just batteries needed in the remote. It was clean and a nice stay. My only issue was the breakfast wasn't much, but I guess for the price - you can go out for eggs, bacon, or sausage. I will definitely stay there again!
