After showing this to my husband we chose not to stay. He went to the desk and asked for a refund of the room and pet fee. He was told that the manager was gone for the day and that she would issue a refund. One week later no refund had been issued. My husband called the property again and was once again told the manager was not there until he said why he was calling and was then transferred to her. Obviously was a lie that she was not there. Then after about a 10 minute conversation she just hung up on him! He then called corporate and spoke to them and they said they would contact the motel. Today I received a call from the property saying a refund was issued that same day. That was another lie as proven by my credit card statement that shows the refund for the pet fee was not issued until today. The management at this property is not trustworthy and they are not dog friendly!

We were impressed with how nice everything was. Simple check-in and out. Excellent air conditioner! Great bath amenities. EXCELLENT breakfast! Friendliest service I have experienced in years!

Cleanest and had name brand shampoo conditioner and body wash. Not the no name hotel stuff. Didn't have USB charging ports

Stopped while travelling south. Quick sleep, room was adequate. Breakfast below average, no healthy options. Coffee very weak!

Good location right off I79. Lots of food options nearby. Hotel was clean and no problems with check in. It was noisy. It seemed like the walls were paper thin and conversations and tv from adjacent rooms seemed very loid.
