TownePlace Suites Grove City Mercer/Outlets

The location could not have been more convenient. It’s right in the heart of Grove City Premium Outlets and within walking distance of pretty much everything. The property was clean, well maintained, and reasonably priced for the location. The pool was also excellent. It appeared to use a saltwater system instead of traditional chlorine, so the water felt much better and didn’t leave my skin feeling dry. I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel eight in the middle of the outlets and only 5 minutes from keystone safari.

Breakfast was good but there could have been more offerings. Some things ran out. Maybe there wasn't enough staff. It seemed like it got cleaned up early. People were wanting juice, etc. and it was gone. Nothing really. We did have a torn sheer curtain that someone tried to fix with staples, lol.

I used my key points which covered the room completely & I have the receipt showing so, but my cc was charged fully for the room!

Everything was fine with one exception. The pool was closed. Should be a priority to get reopened especially in late June.

They rush you out during check out and close the card entrance.

Had to call front desk She took phone off the hook and ignored me. Internet wouldn’t connect. Front desk wouldn’t give me manager information. Made my issue known to manager. No response. Will never stay here again.

Very nice staff, extremely helpful. Nice and quiet hotel. Nice gym. Nice indoor pool. Lots of good shops and food options closeby. Good parking. Anytime again !

Great spot, close to outlets, room had a kitchen, full size fridge, clean room and nice amenities.

Staff is very helpful and friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable, had not problems with anything.. We stay there twice a year and haven't had any problems...

We were very comfortable in our room for the weekend. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good.

Location was great, pool was great Found a dirty washcloth hanging on top of shower curtain but no huge deal. This morning tho my friends and i went to the pool and a male worker was in there. He had a squirrel gun and he found and was playing around with my kids. But then my kids had enough and kept asking him to stop and he just laughed and kept doing it, pissing them off more. Was just super uncomfortable

Room smelled, breakfast was under par. The curtain in the room was ripped. Not sure how this is the highest rated hotel in the area. 6/10 max.

The room had everything you could possibly need! You could even borrow a crockpot from the front desk.
