Clean rooms, good breakfast, enjoyed hot tub

although not requested, were were assigned a full ADA accessible room it seemed that the bench seat in the shower had not been used by a guest for a while as the "feet" of the bench were dirty on the bottom when it was moved

Pet friendly, very clean, nice staff. Hotel in great shape and close to GC Outlet Mall. I would stay there again. Pool and hot tub a bonus that we used every day of our 5 night stay.

This was my second time staying at this hotel and I will most likely continue to use them when I am in need of lodging in the area. Staff is always friendly. We had a great conversation with one of the attendants during breakfast. Room was clean and we appreciated having a fridge and microwave available in the room.

The jets were not working in the hot tub & the water was very dirty. The front desk & breakfast staff were friendly and very helpful!

Hotel is conveniently located to everything. Everything was clean and in working order. Staff was helpful and very kind. Breakfast was delicious with variety. The hot tub was delightful! Beds were comfortable and room spacious. For the first time in a while I have ZERO complaints!

Room, the pool, and the rest of the property were very clean. Very helpful staff as well.

Breakfast was great. Check in was rough. Waited till 3:20 after arriving at 2:30. Rooms should be ready at check in time.

Wonderful stay. Room was clean and comfortable. I brought my dog and we felt welcome.

There were 2 issues that bothered us: one was the toilet that was very hard to flush and the second was a dog barking for about 20 minutes at 11:00 at night.
