The room was clean and the beds very comfortable! When I checked in, the front office staff was very courteous and efficient. Loved the fact that 2 bottles of water and 2 cans of soda were in the room as a complimentary gift! Bathroom was very clean and had the “sanitized” paper label across the toilet. Will definitely stay here again!

The room was clean and location was great.

The room was clean but very basic. Had a room on the first floor and the people above me were walking back and forth non stop before 6am. Front desk said they couldn’t do anything about it. It was so loud and I couldn’t sleep. Was not worth the price I paid.

The rooms were perfect for our trip. Last minute booking, the staff was very friendly and they made everything really easy. I needed an additional room and they were able to accommodate. If in the future I am in need of a room, this will be my first option.

The room was very clean. Very impressed with how clean were the bathrooms. Have everything we needed clean towels, clean sheets, smart tv, working fridge, microwave and WiFi. Traveled with 4 kids and they were happy with the room. The property was very quiet. Staff was very polite and extremely helpful. Would definitely use again for next trip to the area.

Clean & one of the last few hotels/ motels that still allow smoking on the property!

Clean room. Had king size bed and was nice. Similar to a Motel 6. Only negatives were the shower and mirror for bathroom were meant for someone below 5’5” and fridge in room was on the fritz. Won’t penalize them for the fireworks happening outside as it was in the neighborhood nearby.

It was noisy too: we could really hear the guests upstairs walk around in their room after 12 am and again at 6 am, as well as the loud trucks in the parking lot.

The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and we had a great night’s sleep. Complimentary beverages in the room were a nice touch and much appreciated after a long drive. Free and convenient parking. The staff truly went above and beyond. We arrived around 2:00 a.m. and weren’t able to book a room with two beds, but they kindly upgraded us to a two-bed room at no extra charge since we were traveling together. That was such a thoughtful gesture. Thank you for your outstanding hospitality! We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we’re passing through the area. Two girls. Highway 101.

Wonderful great small motel close to the beach and shopping. Hotel staff were most accommodating and friendly. Will definitely choose this motel for future stays when visiting Grover Beach.

The location was awesome very close to beach and a lot different shops a coffee shop a block away. The bedding was very unique it wasn’t what I was used to in other Motels not liked too much, but it worked out for us to stay for the 4 days
