I reserved our room April 2024, approximately 3 weeks later there was a fire at the hotel, involving 15 rooms. When I checked they said they were still taking reservations, went there on the 3rd of Oct and it was completely boarded up, called Booking.com Not 1 thing

Hotel was CLOSED!! Pre-paid, so booking.com MUST refund the payment and reimburse for alternate hotel and major aggravation.

We want our money back (paid in October 2023) and compensation for the stress and inconvenience it has caused.

The place caught on fire and we had to be evacuated

The facility was ok, until, the fire broke at around past 3am. We were helped to retrieve our things but that's it. I never heard from the hotel, if we're getting a refund, either full or partial, maybe a voucher, just some type of communicatikn from the hotel, nothing. See above. What happened was unfortunate, but wouldn't they do something & reach out to their clients at least?

Had everything we needed. We loved the pool and hot tub. We love everything about it.

Everything was amazing enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool Wish there was Bacon or sausage patties maybe some scrambled/boiled eggs for the continental breakfast

Breakfast was good we didn't like that we had someone walk into our room who was given the same key as us and are in bed and someone opens up our door. the new girl who wasn't paying attention gave out the same key. that was wrong on her part she should of been paying better attention not to make that mistake. its a nice place to stay but we won't be staying there again.
