From the beginning to the end it was an excellent experience!

Where do I start? I’ll have to start with when I got into the room at first glance. Everything was OK but then as soon as I got into the bathroom and use the toilet, a damn near fell off because of loose bolts. It looked to be somewhat of a brand new toilet. The wall behind the toilet was in bad shape and then noticing that the air-conditioning wasn’t working properly so I checked the filters they were completely clogged up. I cleaned them put them back in at that point. I noticed the bathroom screen was also dirty so I cleaned that. While checking the front window, I noticed that it was ready to fall out of the frame and it was like that on a couple different units where the screens were just ready to fall out. The outdoor pool area was not the greatest. It was overfilled, which tells me that the proper chemical balance was probably not where it needs to be and there was a lot of of poop all over the deck as if somebody didn’t take the time to clean it knowing that there is a seagull problem. It was so bad that I tried scrubbing it myself with the brush that was there but eventually with the little ones we decided to just leave the pool area. It was a potential problem. I believe my room to be overall clean, but I really don’t know. The parking situation was decent. Did talk to the staff a gentleman at the front desk to let him know of my issues. It was a good for $150.00 a night ((not $360)) that paid. With a little help, this property has potential

Pathetic experience, flush was not working , took few hours to repair . No toiletries were provided
-
Priced well and easy walking to pier and restaurants.

Ac wasn’t very cold but was ok, rooms a little small but clean and a good area.

We stopped by Pismo Beach on the way to San Diego. It’s nice area.

Room was very lean, the staff was super nice, parking was tight but accessible, overall really nice stay will be back and recommend

Staff is horrible, they don't have what their web site claims to have. Also traffic noise, if planning to sleep in you won't.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower was ok...could have had more pressure and water could have been hotter. Parking was good. Didn't use the pool, but it looked clean. The hotel is in walking distance to the beach, pier, shopping, and food.

Check-in person acted like he was irked that he had to interrupt whatever he was doing to check us in. The advertised amenities included electric car charging. As it turned out, there was a designated electric car parking spot, but no charger in sight. Location is somewhat close to the beach and pier. Room was clean and everything worked. OK for a place to stay for the night, but definitely not much more.

Can't beat this location. Only minor issues with cleanliness (stained carpet). Will stay again.

This place is old and worn down. It definitely could use some remodeling. Rooms were very basic, nothing new. The bathrooms and showers need to be redone. Don't expect much if staying here. The location was the best thing about this place.
