The room was clean. All three beds were clean and well made. They provided clean towels and sheets. It was a good stay overall.

Half a roll of toilet paper, no ice bucket. No staff to open the door when we got locked out of the room, had to wait with 2 other families for 2 hours to get back into our room.

No ice machine, coffee maker, and ac hardly worked and kept shutting off. Floors were really dirty, black mold in bathrooms. The beds were nice, but it was hard to sleep because the blinds and shutters were broken. Really needs an update. I paid almost 500 for 1 night, they shouldn't charge that much for such a rundown place even in the summer! Pool was empty.

We had a little issue with cleanliness upon arrival but the staff was extremely kind and quick to help us fix the issue. After that no problems, definitely a great spot to go on a budget for a little getaway to Pismo.

The room we stayed and had a view of the ocean, although that was not advertised. We were only two blocks from the beach and maybe four blocks from the main center Peer Boardwalk. It was quiet. Our cat was very happy there. The pool was not filled.

I like that it was pet friendly. A tad bit disappointed that their pool was not in service during these summer months. But they were very friendly and the room was clean.

It was quite On the bookings.com website it’s says Pet Friendly , I was charge an extra $30.00 for pet clean up fee. Mind you my dog is potty trained .

I ordered a room with three queens and got one with two queens and the staff were not helpful about it, I understand if they couldn’t do anything about it but they came across like they didn’t even care. There was also no toilet paper in the bathroom

The area being so close to the pier was nice The toilet was very janky. I had to turn the water pipe off and on for it to work, also the AC unit was very loud and the walls are pretty thin.
