I absolutely love this place! Within a few minutes walk to a verity of food spots, the beach, shopping and night entertainment. Crystal has been pleasant. Quiet, comfortable and clean!! Staff is super helpful and always willing to do their best to accommodate any requests or needs Not one single complaint

Staff scammed us out of one of the busiest weekends of the year and we had to drive 6 hours back and they refused to answer the phone for Expedia so now they’re not giving our money back either!!! I watched him scam the two guests in front of me with bait and switch lies, then tried to do it to me then threw a fit when I said no to paying more money for a smaller room.

Very close to beach. Rooms need new paint and do not like the smell of what they use to clean or deodorize.

Cute little inn The door lock had some type of syrup on it the door was nasty there was a stain on the bed and there wasn't a shower curtain so taking a shower almost floods when you shower

The Blue Seal hotel had excellent service. The person in charge was very kind and polite. He always made sure I felt comfortable and safe from the moment I arrived until the day I left. The room was very clean, and all the amenities worked perfectly. Honestly, my experience at this hotel was very good, and I really recommend it. I would not recommend this property. It smelled like fabuloso clean, but that's it. There was a disgusting, rotted baseboard/door jam by the front door. The room was less than basic. The person who checked us in, tried to charge our card twice

close to the freeway I recently went through cervical surgery and was driving back Pismo beach for a day. I used booking.com to get a highly rated hotel according to their ratings; unfortunately, it was not the case. The lobby worker, Mamba confused me with her housekeeper despite the cervical brace i'm currently wearing and asked me for towels. then said, she thought i was her housekeeper becasuse of my face, then i said, you're saying i look like your housekeeper, she said, no but your face is almost the same, wow! And went on to ask why i was there! didn't apolize, then i asked to please see the room as i needed to make sure the bed was confortable, she asked my name and gave me a key to a king bed room. To my disappointment, the mattress was missing springs and awfully uncomfortable. she suggested another room, which was being cleaned, i got the key and that mattress had no covers which showed dark brown stains, hairs stuck to it and tears on the side, the room smelled like vomit as the housekeeper hadn't cleaned it. completely unsanitized rooms and falling apart. the lobby worker could see my still open incision and said she understood but couldn't refund me because booking.com had the money. she told me if i paid them directly, she would give me the money and told me to call booking.com which i did... and was told the hotel had to refund me, and they would email them to refund me the money. then at night, the hotel manager Don, told me to call booking.com to get my money because they didn't have it. he was rude and told me booking.com hadn't emailed hm anything and that he couldn't help me. I ended up driving back to Los Angeles where i reside instead of spending the night.
