Only stopped for a night, decent motel, well equipped with a mini fridge.

The staff were friendly and the room was comfortable but it was a noisy location due to proximity of freeway and main road into town. Also, outside noise and loud conversation right outside our window early in the morning beginning at 7:30am from cleaning staff and possibly guests.

The floors were very dirty, our feet and socks turned dark just from walking on the floors the first hour there. The cleaners looked very ed led so it seems they do surface level cleaning.

Ocean Palms Motel is an excellent choice for a budget-friendly stay when traveling or visiting the area. Everything is within walking distance, especially if you're exploring Pismo Beach.

The property is very nice but unfortunately we had only 1 towel in the room for two people and the water took over 15 minutes to get hot. Not the experience we expected but we made it work.

Truly enjoyed our stay at this location. Close to the beach and restaurant choices.... the room was very nice with a mini fridge and microwave. They also accommodated my mobility needs at the very last minute. We were very impressed and happy with them!
