Clean room

The lady was not friendly

It's convenient to the beach, restaurant and shopping.

The owner is really nice. We will definitely stay here again. We were able to walk to everything. The floors need work.

It was ok for the price and it’s working distance to the beach.

Not someone who usually writes poor reviews but I have to be honest here. My stay was Conveniently located, I paid a great rate for a night stay BUT the room wasn’t clean. The lighting in the room is horrible, the shower tiles were gross and had mold, The bath towels were stained and a very dingy white which was gross. I’m used to most hotels having nice fresh bright white towels and these I didn’t want to use at all but had to. The sheets had other peoples hair all over them and I saw a tiny blood stain on the sheet which grossed me out I ripped the sheet off and just used the blanket I brought for travel… I didn’t even bother letting the front know because honestly I wasn’t staying long so I just didn’t use those things. I’m sure if I would have told the staff I would have gotten “new” sheets and towels but the fact that my was “ready” for check in and that’s what their standard is… I didn’t even bother to ask cause clearly that’s what they have…Overall I would never stay there again unless I absolutely HAD to.

The room was very cozy and smaller than we expected but clean and did just fine for us! Very small room!

Convenient

You get what you pay for. Room floor slopes. Shower ceiling is peeling and water vapors seep from ceiling. No maid service 1st day…just must have missed our room. Bed springs creak. Can hear everything from upstairs room. Front desk people were nice.

Clean room and parking. It would be a five star rating if not some noises from the floor above.

The building itself is so charming, and the room was excellent and tidy. The bed was my favorite, absolutely comfortable 👌. I don't know about the parking, I kept my bike inside my room which they didn't seem to mind or didn't notice. I also loved that it was so close to the beach. All I had to do was ride down the street and I was there. The only thing that wasn't cleaned was the mini fridge and the lack of dusting around the nightstand. So I cleaned those myself. The best part about my stay here was when my ride informed me that he would be a few hours late to pick me up. My bike wagon had a flat so I had no where to go with my all my luggage, so I asked the couple up front if I could stay for a few more hours and they allowed it for an extra $30. I was so greatful. They were so kind and understanding 🙏. I will definitely stay again when I go back.

Overall great stay!

Parking was tight and apparently caused an argument late one evening. The location was just a few blocks from the water so it was convenient and walkable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is walking distance to downtown Pismo. We had to put towels on the blinds because the lights from hotel walkway was so bright when you slept it was light in your room. I think if they did curtains it would have helped. It was a place to sleep thats why we stayed vs a place to stay and relax at a hotel.

The room was tiny, don’t get me started with the shower. Tiny shower and no shower liner. One of the bath towels had mold. It’s walking distance to the beach and food places near by, which is convenient. If you walk out of your room you can smell weed. Convenient, but wouldn’t stay here again.
