Beachcomber Inn

Very cute property by the beach. Location was great, room was comfortable. This is the perfect, no fuss beach stay.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this motel was. The manager was great and the place was clean! They even had GOOD coffee and plenty of it. Will stay again!!!!

Booked two rooms here while driving south and am so lucky they were available. This hotel doesn't have alot of amenities - no hotel restaurant, no hotel lobby, etc, but the customer service, the rooms and the location are hard to beat. Book here if you want a room to enjoy Pismo Beach area at a great value. I would stay here over and over as the staff were amongst the kindest I've encountered.- kinda like a bed and breakfast without the breakfast, but one block from the beach. Highly recommend with no hesitation.

I like how clean everything was. No trouble getting in room. Has a nice kitchen setup. The room didn’t have AC so it did get stuffy but if you leave the windows open, it’s so close to the beach it cools down a bit. But having a kid with me I wasn’t comfortable leaving it open all night.

Due to work, we arrived around 6:00 PM and had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Johnny. He is incredibly friendly and welcoming. He personally showed us our room, which was spotless, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the center of Pismo Beach, yet very quiet and peaceful. We had a great night’s sleep. On Sunday, although check-out was at 12:00 PM, Johnny kindly offered us a late check-out until 6:00 PM at no extra charge. His hospitality truly made a difference. We felt genuinely valued as guests. I highly recommend Beachcomber Inn to anyone visiting Pismo Beach. We will definitely be back.

We had an absolutely delightful stay. Johnny, the Innkeeper, could not have been more helpful. The location was walking distance to the beach and also somehow managed to be very quiet at night. And wow, was the room clean! Highly recommended.

I enjoyed the location and how attentive the property manger is. Free ice/water which is very convenient. Very short walk to the beach and local shops/restaurants. Very clean and comfortable beds. Showers come with shampoo and conditioner with body wash.

The property was in a really convenient spot, just a block from the ocean and several restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. The rooms were updated and very clean. Johnny was very helpful, friendly, and offered a variety of restaurant recommendations. Everything was wonderful

The location was perfect for beach walks, just a few steps from the ocean front hotels which cost twice as much. The room is normal size, clean, with a small kithenette & fridge. Beds and bedding were nice, and the shower was good. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Parking lot is small but it's free. We'd stay here again on our next trip to Pismo! Nothing.
