All staff were friendly, efficient, and ready to help; especially Jessie who checked us in. We enjoyed our beach view from our balcony. Great place to stay!

Jesse was great, front desk. Beautiful beach view. Pool was closed. Elevators were having problems. Housekeeping was late, had to call twice to get more towels and they were so late we told them not to straighten up the bed, just leave us towels. TV remote needed batteries so the tv didn’t work, called for maintenance twice before they came. Water in the shower was scalding hot or freezing cold! Great location. We were very excited to stay here but will probably stay elsewhere next visit.

Location. Staff friendly We waited 30 minutes for our room at 4:00. The room needed inspection. We were missing wash cloths and shower pad.

Love the beach view
-
The location was fabulous, love the gas fireplace, customer service was excellent. There was a weird smell, like a dead animal, coming from the refrigerator area
-
Asked for microwave several times and never received one. The pool was closed with no explanation.

The location is great . The views are amazing . Our sheets were visibly molded and we didn’t notice until the morning . The shower was filthy , bugs underneath the bed and old hair on the walls .

Great location to the pier, beach, shopping and restaurants. Great valet! They even had complimentary Tesla charging! Nothing

Property was nice! Big hotel! Restaurant had a good breakfast. The only downside the room had a sewage smell.

Staff, location and view were excellent. Elevator was really slow and the balcony’s were a little ragged.

Everything Expensive

Great location The whole hotel was dirty, the service was awful, I got charged for valet I didn’t used, and when I had issues the staff was almost entirely non-responsive.

The property was really nice and the staff was great!!

Location of the hotel is amazing. Beach is just 2 mins walk from the hotel. We really enjoyed the view of sunrise and sunset from the balcony of our room. View from the rooftop restaurant and ambience was also really great. Staff at the restaurant were amazing. We arrived late. But they accommodated our drinks and dinner requests with a smile. Rooms were clean. Valley service was also great. Bathroom doors were not locking properly. For more than 500$ per night, bathroom and room amenities were really not great. Nothing extra to make the experience of the room memorable. Single ply toilet paper. Cheap soap that took 5 mins to remove from hand. Below average quality of toiletries. I expected way more from this hotel for the price I paid.

Showed up and our was given to another person who had the AC go out in their room. Hotel was booked for a large event so we had to take the room with no AC. Asked for compensation but they couldn’t do it because we booked through a 3rd party. They offered is 2 small bags of saltwater taffy and 2 free drinks.

The view was amazing We had to wait past 4 for our room and they gave us cards foe 2 cheap drinks and some candy but when we got in the room the sheets on the pull out bed had not been changed and the sofa and curtains smelled bad. They brought sheets for us to change it ourselves and were stuck with dirty sheets for a few days. Every night people were loud in the halls, we could hear noise from the boiler room, construction, and the ding of elevator. When we complained they sent ear plugs and offered a noise machine that never came and they minimized are complaint by saying noise was from outside but that was muffled well by the sliding glass door. We were so tired from other guests keeping us up on and off all night. The people next to us Tuesday night to Thursday kept smoking weed and vaping and we could smell it in our room and hall. We saw them on balcony. There was only one elevator working, construction was noisy, pool was small and full of kids every time we tried to go, couldn’t figure out what part was the restaurant and how to order or where to sit. Just whole visit felt rough and not enough staff to help. Pretty sure the king bed had bed bugs. We had bites we took pictures of and google said bed bug bites. We only got bit at night and it was before we went down to the beach.

Great place to stay and very close to the beach

Our room faced the town of Pismo Beach. Very good location as the pier is located just around the corner from the hotel unless you have ocean view room. The location is very walkable to both the beach and restaurants/shops. Our room was clean and quiet. We did have an issue with A/C, maintance had to come up and change the thermostat on the wall. The A/C still didn't work to our satisfaction. We had to call the front desk as the bathroom had bath towels but no hand towels or wash clothes. I found the lighting in the bathroom to be very dim. I like the bathroom to be brightly lit. It is hard for a women to apply their makeup in such dim lighting. The beds were very comfortable as were the pillows. They charge $30.00 per night for valet parking (which is the only parking they have on site) So on top of the parking fee you feel that you have to tip the valet everytime they bring your car up for you. If you chose to park on the street all the street parking is metered and you have to pay for that too. They have a roof top swimming pool that is very small (about the size of a large hot tub) and also a bar and restaurant on the rooftop (which we did not use). They also have a bar and small restaurant in the lobby that, once again we did not use.
