This property is in a great location if you want to walk to restaurants and shops and it’s right next to beach! However the issue was that their front desk staff had the worst customer service I’ve ever had especially for an upscale hotel. In addition, the cleaning of our room was not good. They didn’t provide me hand soup and first night didn’t have a bath mat. In addition I had to ask for daily cleaning as the room hadn’t been cleaned by 3:30 pm. When they did come they didn’t take out all the trash, didn’t replenish all the bathroom supplies and bed was made sloppily! Very disappointed.

Sandy and her team do an amazing job. Great place to stay and experience California’s central coast.

Roof top bar is great

The A/C in our room was a bit quirky. It needs some maintenance.

For what I paid I thought this hotel would be very clean and well maintained, check in and staff was great. Room cleanliness could use some work. Found hair all over the bathroom, the floor felt dirty. The ‘splash pool’ is maybe a 12x12” pool in the middle of the restaurant, kinda awkward. But a good location an everything was walking distance.

The walk-in shower is a nice size, but the floors are very slippery. I am very mindful of this because my special-needs daughter struggles with slippery surfaces. I could say that is a her problem, but my other daughter and I also experienced almost slipping in the shower. Other than that, the hotel was a very nice experience.

Nice rooms

Very Clean room, spacious and well-maintained Room had everything we needed and more Had drinks on the roof top bar. Dustin was excellent The second night we went for dinks it was very busy, Dustin kept his cool serving everyone with a smile, small talk and excellent drinks. We also have breakfast on the first floor. It was delicious. Julie was an excellent hostess, and server. I will defiantly recommend Inn at the Peir Pismo Beach.

We won’t be booking here again.

Recently completed a family trip with a large group. Three rooms. Air conditioning units in all three were horrendously loud, akin to a helicopter starting up in your room when they turn on throughout the night. Could hear units in neighboring rooms all night as well. Don’t expect a peaceful night of sleep. In a room booked for four adults, they provided only three bath towels. When we requested more they limited the number we were allowed (three of the four in the room are women who prefer two towels each when showering. They would not provide enough towels to accommodate this). At the price they charge ($600+ per night for the non-ocean view room) rationing towels seems extremely petty. We visit Pismo fairly regularly and will definitely be choosing a different hotel for future trips.

Great location,

All staff were friendly, efficient, and ready to help; especially Jessie who checked us in. We enjoyed our beach view from our balcony. Great place to stay!

Jesse was great, front desk. Beautiful beach view. Pool was closed. Elevators were having problems. Housekeeping was late, had to call twice to get more towels and they were so late we told them not to straighten up the bed, just leave us towels. TV remote needed batteries so the tv didn’t work, called for maintenance twice before they came. Water in the shower was scalding hot or freezing cold! Great location. We were very excited to stay here but will probably stay elsewhere next visit.

Love the beach view

Property was nice! Big hotel! Restaurant had a good breakfast. The only downside the room had a sewage smell.
-
Great location The whole hotel was dirty, the service was awful, I got charged for valet I didn’t used, and when I had issues the staff was almost entirely non-responsive.

The property was really nice and the staff was great!!

Location of the hotel is amazing. Beach is just 2 mins walk from the hotel. We really enjoyed the view of sunrise and sunset from the balcony of our room. View from the rooftop restaurant and ambience was also really great. Staff at the restaurant were amazing. We arrived late. But they accommodated our drinks and dinner requests with a smile. Rooms were clean. Valley service was also great. Bathroom doors were not locking properly. For more than 500$ per night, bathroom and room amenities were really not great. Nothing extra to make the experience of the room memorable. Single ply toilet paper. Cheap soap that took 5 mins to remove from hand. Below average quality of toiletries. I expected way more from this hotel for the price I paid.

Showed up and our was given to another person who had the AC go out in their room. Hotel was booked for a large event so we had to take the room with no AC. Asked for compensation but they couldn’t do it because we booked through a 3rd party. They offered is 2 small bags of saltwater taffy and 2 free drinks.
