I love this property it’s affordable pet friendly and just steps away from everything at Pismo the staff is amazing I want to mention how wonderful and helpful Stephanie was in finding us a bigger room to have enough space for my husband’s mobility scooter. We love this place it’s where always stay when we go to the coast The only thing is the parking lot is tight when it’s full

Best part was the location: one block from the beach and Pomeroy Street downtown Pismo. One afternoon some blaring music from their room. Had to go downstairs to find out about house rules on noise. Had to upgrade our room to get a tub. But it was upstairs. No elevator. Free coffee for breakfast.

The location The room didn't have a/c. It was hot that day and the room was stuffy. But the manager gave us a fan. But a/c would have been better

Roommy liked that, Ground floor was great. Table to eat No Tub big bummer.

It’s quite, clean and close to the beach and everything else. I will definitely be coming back.

They are clean and above standard close to the beach. Parking is around but too tight if you have a big car.

There’s no AC which kind sucks

The grounds were clean and well marked. There were trash cans available in the parking lot and other locations which was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a minor annoyance that my key cards stopped working the second day, but the staff was very apologetic and fixed it right away. There was a semi private balcony that is apparently specifically reserved for the room we were in which was a really nice place to sit and watch the sunset. The bed wasn't uncomfortable per say, but it sure was springy. Good water pressure, good hot water in the shower. It was clean and well maintained, but dated. Excellent location, mostly. It's a block over from the main road down to the pier. Tons of traffic all day long. As soon as a street parking space is vacated, it gets filled up again. Its also very loud with all of the attention seekers loud cars/bikes.

Unfortunately, I had high expectations when I booked here, and it set me up for big time disappointment. When I read 'family suite' I thought of a family friendly suite, with a kitchenette, living area, sofa, etc. Nope. Not at all what they have here. It's a basic, low rent, undecorated hotel room with a wall separating the "bedroom" from the other bed. There's only 1 bathroom, and it's shared, Jack-and-Jill style. The bed in the "bedroom" is smaller than the one in the main area, which is stupid if you're with your partner, and looking for something with privacy. A mini fridge. An old, noisy microwave. A tiny round table with 2 small wooden chairs. *No coffee maker. *No hair dryer. *No air conditioning. *No amenities whatsoever. A tiny bar of hotel soap and a single use bottle of 2-in-1 shampoo/conditioner. 3 towels 2 wash clothes 2 hand towels 1 roll of toilet paper. We actually ran out of toilet paper and went to the office to ask for more, and the lady behind the desk seemed extremely inconvenienced. That's it. The area is sketchy. Parking lot is tiny. You can walk to the beach, though, so there's that. Oh, and the remote was broken.

The staff was great and helped me out by giving me a converter to charge my hearing aids.

Parking spaces were tiny, limited and full of trucks, when I removed my pillow the linen undes was wet with yellowish color that transcended all the way to the mattress, I need to admit that the FD guy was very attentive abd gave me new linens. I wasn’t brave enough to try the coffee maker. AC wasn,t working fine neither the microwave. Surprisedly the night was quiet and it has a great location, 1 block from the beach. Maybe I was unlucky.

Impressed on how clean it was.

I liked the location to the beach The room had a foul smell, the walls were filthy, the bathroom was grimy and needs to be painted. The bed was hard and uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. When I asked for two extra pillows, only one was available and it was flat. Overall stay was horrible

Love how close to beach and all the shops, The bed was too small. Definitely need king bed next time.

For the price point it was about what I expected. Nothing fancy but clean and accommodating.

Clean rooms, Great location and nice dog park

Was walking distance to everything. A block from beach, food, bars and shoping. The room smelled musty and felt like a lived in motel.

Everything was close and the beach is right there Just not being able to smoke on the premises
