Beach House Inn & Suites

We really enjoyed our stay at Beach House Inn & Suites. The view from our balcony was beautiful. The location was perfect for walking on the beach or pier, shopping, and finding your favorite restaurants. And having your car in a secured private parking garage was very helpful. We will definitely be back!

The cons: We did find some used clothes under the bed. The bathroom fan and ac weren’t were working properly and the bathroom blinds were a bit broken.

Location with beautiful view

House keepers walk in without our permission while we was changing clothes.

The room we stayed at had almost 180 degree veiw. Walked most places. Not quite a block to down town. Wish they could get rid of parking fees.

Great location. Easy anccess to the beach annd restaurants and bars. Ice machine broken.

Everything about it was amazing the view was exceptional. At first the thought of no A/C was what threw me off. But let me tell you we didn’t even need it with the ceiling can on and the balcony door cracked open was all we needed. Just the no a/c part.

The proximity to the beach and shopping. The secured parking comes complementary with your reservation. I have no complaints about the property.

We loved our room. Staff was kind. Location is amazing. I wished I could’ve stayed there an extra night. Definitely, going back.

First and foremost location location location! This was definitely a first for us staying this close to the beach. We had the sea view room which was great! We loved how they thought about everything, from the kitchen to the extra beach chairs and beach towels in the closet for us. Private parking felt safe. I seen a bunch of beach toys in the garage, Im assuming they are for guests with kids to borrow during their stay. I wasn’t told anything so I didn’t bother asking due to us bringing our own. Another first for us, we opened the patio door in the middle of the night and loved listening to the waves while we were in bed. Lady during check in and check out was lovely. We normally get treated as just another annoying tourist at other locations, but she was very nice. We will definitely be back. No ac was a bummer, luckily it wasn’t a hot day during our stay. We were thankful the ceiling fan worked just fine, however we would have liked for it to be clean, it was very dusty. The patio screen door was missing, it was on the patio off to the side, it would of been nice to fall asleep with the screen door closed to let the midnight beach breeze in but we where afraid of intruders making their way in (seagulls)

Ideal convenient location, free parking garage, beautiful room decor, comfortable beds, balcony with ocean view and patio table, well-appointed kitchenette with full sized refrigerator, two burner stove, microwave, dishes, coffee maker, utensils, mugs, and even dish washing detergent and a sponge. The TV worked great. Having the combination code keypad for the parking garage, access gate, and room was very convenient, especially since we arrived at 9:30 PM. Staff was very friendly and helpful, responding promptly to requests for additional towels. The best thing of all is the close proximity to the beach, the pier, and the restaurants and shops. No A/C; I opened the balcony door to let in the cool outside air, but the screen door had been removed and had been placed on the balcony. The low flow toilet was slow to fill the tank after flushing, and if you needed to use extra toilet paper, you would have to flush multiple times and wait a long time for the tank to refill each time. There was a warning about this posted on the wall. Nevertheless, we still ended up clogging the toilet once. I had to use the plunger to unclog it.

I paid for "Crows Nest", 2nd floor unit (total 3 floors) with windows facing east into a Motel 6"; tv service between "none and terrible" (not sure what direction it leaned), no volume (appeared one needed to subscribe to any worthwhile channel); no view; shower was not what was depicted on website; bed was the absolute worse bed I've ever tried to sleep in; Ice machine was down (looks like it has been such for quite a while, based on the apology note. Does any of the above imply or suggest, "Crows Nest"? Or, did I miss something in my understanding of the English language?

Great location with a great ocean view! Parking is secured with 24 surveillance!

The property is located right in the middle of everything. You are beachfront with great views located to food and entertainment. I have nothing to complain about. Our stay was great! The only thing I would change, would be to upgrade the shower head fixtures in the bathrooms.
