The rooms were very clean!! Lots of outside noise after dark. But easily remedied by noise cancellation ear buds and the in room ac unit

We stayed for our first family trip to celebrate our babies first birthday. The location was perfect, and the view from our room was amazing. Bed was comfy, room was clean and staff was so helpful with recommendations to find a birthday cake! I have to stress that the location to the pier and shops/restaurants was perfect. I had a stroke 2.5 months ago so I have minimal energy for activity with limited Mobility and everything was within a short walk! Perfect!

The location is great. Even though it states that there is no smoking on the property, a large family staying there was chain smoking at the shared tables the entire time. Started up by 8:00 am and continued until night. It made sitting outside not as enjoyable.

Everything was great. I loved my room I was in. Everything was nice and comfortable. Price was decent and I was right there at my happy place. On the beach!!! Will definitely be going back again.

CUTE LITTLE MOTEL STEPS AWAY FROM THE BEACH. YOU PAY FOR THE LOCATION, NOT THE ROOM. ROOMS ARE VERY SMALL, JUST ENOUGH ROOM TO STEP AROUND THE BED. TINY SHOWER. ROOM WAS CLEAN. FOR THE PRICE, IT SHOULD BE A BETTER LARGER ROOM IN MY OPINION. THEY SURPRISED ME BY CHARGING MY CARD $100 A COUPLE DAYS BEFORE WE ARRIVED, KIND OF RUBBED ME THE WRONG WAY. OVERALL, ROOM WAS GOOD ENOUGH TO SLEEP IN, PRICED TOO HIGH, BUT NICE TO BE A FEW STEPS FROM PISMO BEACH.

- Room was cute and neat - comfortable bed - loved the view - the location was excellent, right on the pier and beach Cons - the lobby had a horrible stench - the room had a bad smell too - the room coffee maker was broken - check in was slow

It's right on the beach, great location Having to wait until 4 to check in cause they were still cleaning room only to see they left some empty shot bottles inside, haha could of left us a few that weren't empty just saying

Curtains are hard to stay all the way closed - recommend bringing a clothes pin or two to secure it closed for privacy and sleeping/

We Love this motel on Pismo Beach and always enjoy it- and this is the best stay ever here! Beautiful upstairs room with gorgeous views of the beach!
