Staff was really friendly and polite

Blackout curtain didn’t close all the way so light from the hall peaked through, tv didn’t work or fit the mounting bracket. Bad ventilation in rear room and the water pressure was super weak. Have stayed several times here and never had to much negative to say but this room needs some work

It was located on the beach and near shopping. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff provided excellent customer service as they were friendly, efficient and cool people. The room serviced it purpose. It was clean, fresh scent and bed was firm and comfortable. Slept well. See y’all again soon!

I used to stay at Edgewater years ago and it was nice. It is terribly run down and looks like the management is not interested in putting any money into it. The continental breakfast was a joke. I will not stay there again

Great location to town. Room was clean with nice little balcony. Grab n go breakfast was a bonus in the morning.

Very Nice Place to Stay and Worth the Value! Just Our Check in With the Front Desk Clerk was NOT A PLESANT ONE! She Was Not Friendly and Having a Bad Day! She had a Pissed off Demeanor and Should Not be Checking in Guest! All other Aspects were Appreciated. And Good.And we Had an Amazing Sunset 🌇 😍 Steps Away from the Room!

Great location with beach access, walking distance to shops. Staff was friendly.

Great location! Very convenient parking and beach access. We booked two rooms; the suite was clean and ready when we arrived, but the double queen room was not ready and we had to wait over an hour to get inside. The queen room also was on the third floor but the elevator was broken. Luckily we were able to navigate those stairs multiple times a day but it would be very inconvenient or even impossible for elderly, young children, or someone with a health condition. The queen room bathroom also was not very clean, and we had to fight with the AC all night. The ocean view from the queen room balcony however was beautiful! Staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again and choose the suite as it was in much better condition and more accessible.

The staff were amazing, wonderful smiles and always willing to help. Our TV wasn’t working and the main desk came and switched them out right away. The breakfast is quick, easy and delicious. We stayed in the rooms across from the pool, they were roomy, well kept and easy parking. Definitely going back.
