Loved the location and the fact that there is a beach entrance right next to the hotel. The pool was heated and the spa was so nice and warm on a cool beach night. It's so close to downtown and you can basically walk to everything. The staff was very friendly and check-in/check-out was simple and quick. Parking is a little crowded, but it's right outside of the room, so that's convenient. The room was a bit dated. There were some stains/spills on the walls, and there was a plant outside the kitchen window that smelled like vomit so we kept the kitchen window closed, but it would have been lovely to be able to open it for a breeze. Also, if you close the door between the living room and bedroom for privacy, there is no way to keep the bedroom cool. They really should install a ceiling fan or offer a fan in the closet. The bathroom also has no vent fan, there is a window that opens though, but a vent fan would have been helpful in keeping that side of the room cooler after showers, especially since the window faces a building and doesn't really have any airflow.

It felt like it was ready to collapse. Over all stay nice with o.k. view of ocean and walking distance to the beach.

The view of the ocean from the third floor It was old and tacky and run-down. Breakfast was a total disappointment.

The walls are thin so if you're a light sleeper like myself bring earplugs. I doubt i'd stay at this hotel again.

Very nice friendly staff it was very clean. Bathroom was a little small but overall we would definitely stay again convenient to the beach and center of town great location. Had a great time.
